I think slow living is the adult version of the childhood you are giving them. I loved the learning with homeschool. We didn’t do Disney. We did parks and museums and woods and beaches. 💚 Thanks for bringing up the memories.
I am 42 and my kids are all grown now, but you are raising yours exactly how I wish I would’ve raised mine. My biggest regrets are putting them in public school, not raising them to know Christ, and I didn’t enjoy the time I had with them fully. As a young mom I was always distracted by if I should have a career. Now I am proud to say I am and was a homemaker. Most important job in the world. If I’d only known the things I know now back then. I just love your sweet little video with your sweet little family. ❤
Thank you for your comment, as I'm currently a homeschooling homemaker and continually wonder if I need a career or to "do more." Bless you for this valuable moment. ❤️
I feel the same. Im 48 and if I could go back and change anything with my children, it would be teaching them more about Jesus and homeschooling them.💙 ❤
Don’t regret because if it wasn’t for them going to schools and you taking the route you chose they wouldn’t have met who they met or been on the road they are.
Loved this video! As a mother of a 1 year old I have felt pressure to attend multiple baby classes and making sure I constantly have an activity planned outside of our home and that's before school even begins!! My son is much more settled and happy with a day at home, playing and going on dog walks. Your video has reminded me what's important and that I shouldn't feel pressured to do what everyone else does! Xx
You are teaching them HOW to learn! They can apply the methods of observation, research, hands-on experiences to ANYTHING they want to explore. Coupled with the basics of reading and math...they will grow and learn far beyond any classroom setting ❤
Hi! I don't usually comment on videos, but I just had to thank you for the positivity and overall message that your channel has. I'm definitely not your target audience (16 year old girl in high school haha), but these videos give me motivation and inspiration for what I want my future kids' life to be like and I wanted to thank you for that. I'm slowly getting my family on board with minimalism, but I know that when I have a house/apartment of my own, I want to model it after yours 🤍
This is so sweet! You seem like such a mature girl! Nothing wrong with being young and enjoying things that the world says are only for older people! The rules society tells us are fake. ❤
This is how I raised my son. Slow homeschool is the best! He recently took an online test to guess his age by asking questions about tv, toys, video games, etc and it guessed 52. He's only 17! But I raised him like a 1970s-80s childhood 😊 Loved this video. Coming over from Clutterbug.
I went to a private school most of my life and public school in my last three years. I grew up around a bunch of homeschooled people and when I was a youth leader for several years, many of those kids were homeschooled. When my firstborn turned 3 (he is 16 now), I started homeschooling. . and did so until he went to high school last year, and put my younger son into 7th grade (I had to get a full time job because finances became very bad for that time). Just today my oldest thanked me for all I did in teaching him and said that he is grateful for the friends he has made in his school. The transition last year was tough for us all and they begged me to homeschool again back then. This year they are in the high honor roll and excelling so much in so many ways. Being pregnant with our 3rd son, I plan on homeschooling until high school again. I can't wait for all the things we can do together. I am sure that my older sons, if they are not bogged down with college if they choose to go, can go on field trips with their little brother and remember that beauty in homschooling. I think it will be really wonderful. I am proud of you homeschooling your children. They learn the most from their parents. I love that you spend 3-6 hours outside. I should have done that with mine. We would go outside on only warm days (and sometimes on snowy days too). I have learned from my mistakes so I can do better with the third child, and my older kids have told me what they would have liked and what they did like, etc. We were involved in 1-3 co-ops at a time which I loved, so I hope to find a good co-op again one day. The ones we were involved with are gone since lock down happened! My favorite thing to this day about homeschooling, was teaching my children how to read at 3 years old. They thank me constantly for teaching them that and for reading to them constantly, since their classmates don't even understand how to pronounce things or read things well and it boggles them. My dad was a general contractor so I love that your dad does construction. Cool. A lot of these activities you have done remind me of ones I did with my boys when they were tinier. Very proud of you! I wrote too much again.
Well that gave me a lot to think about 😊 Mostly how lovely it would be to live in a climate where the sun shines everyday, the kids aren’t always complaining about how cold wet and dark it is, (and how many damp coats, wellies and hats we have to lug around) and a beach visit not being a once a year voyage 😂 But one thing I’ve learnt from your channel, is it’s not about not doing things because your world doesn’t fit the romantic image, but doing what you can in your own world. Thanks for the inspiration ❤🌱
I feel this! It looks so nice to be out in the sun everyday, but in the netherlands you should most days accept cold windy and rainy weather 😅 But still so many nice things can be done on those days too ❤️ My children played with sand in the yard and next day when it was raining they were so exited! “Now we can play with mud, thats even better!” 😄
You are truly so inspiring and have opened my eyes to a forgotten world. I started decluttering my space 6 years ago and it was life changing but I feel like the “slow living” lifestyle was the piece that was missing. I mean taking the time to really see what’s around us, to soak in Gods creation & just slow down. I wish you could see the change in my children. I’ve slowly started encouraging them to play outdoors instead of put their little heads in front of a screen. To play with more open ended toys and read lots of books. It’s making such a difference in the amount of overstimulation & meltdowns that I used to deal with (multiple times a day). So thank u! I know that’s a long comment but I just had to tell you, to thank you for what you do. You’re making a difference in other families lives by sharing your own.
As an ex homeschooling mother whose children are all grown up I have one regret that we didn't keep doing more outside things instead of ' schoolwork'. The formal lessons can wait because the best 'lessons' are imaginative play, being in nature , and love. Beautiful video ❤️..
Your playdough unlocked a memory of when my mom made biscuits and she gave me some scraps of dough to play with while she made breakfast. One of the best memories I have of my mom! I know these moments with your children will live on in their memories too.
Madisun, My son doesn't thrive in a classroom either. He was constantly left behind and everyone moving on around him. He started virtual school during the pandemic, tried in school again less than a month when things went back to "normal" then went right back to virtual. Now I'm considering full on homeschooling. This video is very helpful. I think you are providing your children with a beautiful life ❤️
The decision the homeschool is really intense. I think you know in your heart and your gut the path that is right for your family at this time. Trust yourself. I homeschooled for 13 years. That was my career so I’m on a different trajectory now that I’m in a new season. Could be considered behind. I consider it just where I am meant to be. If you choose homeschool, have interests of your own. My kids saw me painting while they worked or making jewelry. It helped keep my identity as a person. If you want to talk it over more we can do that. I’d be happy to help you in any way. My kids went to public high schools. One became a UPS driver and the other a physicist.
This is such a lovely video. I miss these ages. My son is now 8 and sadly he’s changed a lot that whole little way of looking at the world has changed. We are home schooling from this year coming as I’m hoping to bring some of it back since he won’t be in a classroom for hours on end. I just found your channel and it’s so sweet! 🤗
Don't have any kids yet but this looks like a beautiful childhood that I could only wish upon my own future children. Your videos just always make me feel cozy & happy. Thank you for the inspiration ❤
i’m so so grateful for the education my parents gave me themselves, it’s given me many opportunities i wouldn’t have otherwise had. unfortunately, my childhood was chaotic for several reasons. still, i cannot wait to pass on the good gifts my parents gave me to my future children someday, while also cultivating a safer and healthier space than the one i grew up in.
I very much admire the way you are with your children. They are learning so much but they’re having fun. I feel like this requires a lot of patience.. something I need to work on 😅 I’m 37 and my oldest is now 18 and my youngest is 9 and I would love to slow down and do these types of things with him. I homeschool as well. Started with my oldest when he was about 14 and my youngest has never been to public school and we will keep it that way ❤ I aspire to be this way. I just admire you so much and I’d love to tell you, (not just because of this video but all of your videos I’ve watched) I think the world needs more people like you ❤ I’m pretty sure you’re younger than me, but you’re such a role model to me and probably so many others
I can play videos on my iPad or cast them to the tv all day and never sit and watch any of them bec the audio is enough. But I actually sit and “watch” your videos. Thx for sharing. I’m slowed down a lot since finding your videos on YT. It’s the small things in life that make a difference. One video, one day, one action, one moment, one change, one chance that changes and grows us to be slower and more intentional.
I couldn't agree more. I am always rushing around but have to take time and watch your videos, which I thoroughly enjoyed! Trying to learn how to do things slower and minimise, too.
I didn’t know you were also homeschooled! How wonderful to have had that upbringing and now be providing that for your children as well! I also love that homeschooling allows families to design their lives and set their pace. Taking our time in the mornings to be intentional and connect with one another as opposed to rushing out of the door to get to work and school is a blessing and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
Your videos always ground me! The kiddos woke up extra wild today 5,3,&1. So I opened TH-cam to pull up a meditation and your video popped up. Just what I needed. Thank you!
Amen and amen, Mama. To all of it. You are doing life’s most important work. I won’t say that sometimes I don’t have to consciously tune out the world telling me what I need to be doing instead, but my heart will forever know nothing is better than tending to the garden of my children’s souls at home every single day.
I look forward to your videos every week! So much so this is literally the only content I watch anymore. It’s so refreshing to have someone like minded and honest that encourages their followers to grow instead of advertising countless items! I like the videos so much in fact that I haven’t finished my classes on teachable yet because I don’t want them to be over 😅 I look forward to your podcast!
This may be my favorite video of yours! I loved the plant shelf segment so much. The learning that was going on was amazing. Also watching your daughter organize drill bits made me smile so much. You are a present and active parent, using daily life to share and take part in each moment with your children. What a blessing!!!!!!
You’re making me want to move back to San Diego! I was born and raised there and we moved to Washington a little over a year ago. I miss being able to spend all day outdoors during the winter. I also was homeschooled for a few years and attended public and private schools while living there. I have a 2 and 3 year old and I have been loving your videos. They are really inspiring and I can’t believe I just found your channel a few months ago! Keep up the great work ☺️
Your children are very blessed to have you as a mother. I love your approach to how you are raising them. Sidenote: I love the plant shelf over your bed ❤🪴🪴🪴
Thank you so much for this video! It was so inspiring to see how motherhood can still have a lot of peaceful moments and it doesn’t have to always be so chaotic or filled with tons of activities. I wish more people shared stuff like this.
Hi Madi, I've been following your channel for a while and today I comment for the first time. I adore the way you spend time with your children! It gives such feeling of peace, satisfaction they get from helping you whatever you do. I'm inspired by your home, your cooking, gardening, choice of clothes (neutral tones, relaxed style with a lot of freedom to move, natural materials...). After watching your video I went outside picking dandelion for today's lunch and removed weed in the whole garden, prepared it for new plants. And I adored the time outside even though I'm not often working outside. I have two children; the girl is 3, the boy is 1.5. I try to teach them as much as I can when we are together. The girl is now learning letters, knows already many, and learning to read. The boy is learning by repeating, can pronounce and understand really many words for his age and it trying to count. They are bored with toys quickly - they adore running around, chasing each other, riding balance bikes, going up stairs, and the girl likes doing the dishes, folding clothes with me, books, trying on clothes... so we do more of that. I will make your play dough, that's a great recipe! And also the lemon cake. I love your "boring" life ❤
Good afternoon from sunny Western Australia 🇦🇺. I’m 57 years old and have been binge watching your videos and you’ve changed my life 😊 Since the 1st of January 2025 ( I know it’s not been long) 😅 But I have started de cluttering and took 7 bags full of clothes, china, decor, books and anything else that I simply haven’t use for 90 days to Salvos for someone else to enjoy. Where do I find your recipes please. Those lemon cheesecake slices and granola bars looked so delicious.
Love your videos. My 2 kids are in school but they really love going. If they ever didn't I would pull them out. Aside from schooling this is how we are, parks, hanging out. Just being together as a family❤❤
I love this ❤️ I was homeschooled and up until about 3rd grade this is pretty much what my family's days looked like. Looking forward to being able to give my future kids a slow childhood like this someday
Madi! Hi! I quit TH-cam a few months back, but I want you to know that I only come on here to watch YOUR videos! You are very inspiring ❤️ This homeschooling video is perfect timing. After we moved last year (to North Idaho!) I haven't been able to get homeschooling "right". I think having a couple of kids with special needs can make it more challenging. I've been feeling lately like I lost my touch, so thank you so much for reminding me that it can be beautiful. I just need to find a rhythm again. ❤️❤️❤️ Loving how your home is looking!
This video made me emotional 😢 such a beautiful way of life and way of teaching children about the world and real life. Not sure about the US but the education system in the uk is broken and I’m terrified of when it’s time for my daughter to go. Would love to have the opportunity to home school but can’t ever see that we’ll be in a position to. Just at the start of a minimalism journey so you never know what might change! 😊 xxx
I absolutely loved this video!! It literally brought a tear to my eye. I wish one day to have kids and give them the same experience ❤. More homeschooling videos plz!
So envious of where you live. We’re in England and although it is good to get out no matter the weather, it can be unbearable for most months of the year! Love living through your eyes 💕
Love love love this so much, thank you for sharing your week with us. As someone who will be home educating my son when he is old enough this makes me so happy to see, so inspired and just so grateful that this is how we get to raise our babies ❤ Your videos inspire me so much thank you! ❤
This might be my favorite video that you’ve made. Love the music, love the whimsical childhood with the books, feeding the birds, and of course the yummy baking- just love the whole vibe of the video. The trip to the Carlsbad flower fields is always a welcome sight, it’s one of my favorite places.
The more you involve them in practical activities, letting the initiative to them, the more you make them see the connection of everything and the impact on their life inviting them to document and conclude little projects in something useful/nice/funny, the more they remain natural, get good surviving skills, acquire useful knowledge and live the family bonding as something irreplaceable! ❤😊
One thing I’m gentle on myself about now is accepting that I am a single mother but wow it just makes me smile to see a beautiful family dynamic like I can’t imagine how nice it must be to raise a family but hVe that proper support not only a mother would need, but the father and the children. Regardless I’ve taken accountability and something I’ve still been going strong with is the art of minimalism and being intentional and it’s made it FAR easier to work thru our days together with my girls and I! 🤎 your videos are amazing girl they speak to me so much
This approach wholeheartedly resonates with me and what I wish for my children. The wholesomeness and slowness of a childhood spent at home. Thanks for sharing this beautiful video! ❤
I loved books for as long as I can remember and until I moved away for college, my mom would take me to the public library on the weekends and we would sit and read together and talk about whatever we had chosen to read, my mom and the library taught me more than my public schooling or private college ever did
im so proud of you!!! thank you so much for ALL your content...it has reached my soul so deeply...i thank god for you and your family!!!! thank you so much for your sacrifices, and all u had to endure to be where u are thank u for allowing me in ur home and life!! i pray GOD blesses you and everyone around you and so you may continue to over flow to others! amen and AMENNNNN
This is very wholesome and inspiring! Thank you for sharing 🙏 Can you do a more detailed video in the future about the homeschooling program/how you're gonna homeschool once they're older? Also, I would love to see a video about your knowledge of herbal/ayurvedic medicine!
Ours are 6,3 right now. So the 6 year old doesn’t nap, and the 3 year old maybe once a week. When they were younger we tried to keep to more of a schedule.
I am SO excited you maDe this video. I’ve been hoping you would. We’re currently debating whether to homeschool and you make it look so calm and magical! I’m going to sit and watch it with my partner later. Just so excited I needed to comment 😅
Madisun❤ thank you for making my day with your video- I really look forward to them! I’ve been having a tough day in motherhood and your video helped put things into perspective thank you so much 💖🙏
Absolutely loved this video, thank you! Just the encouragement I needed in my own homeschooling journey, as I constantly wonder whether I am making all the right choices.
I’ve been waiting a year for this video and it arrived! Only questions I have are where do you put your children’s art and how do you keep it maintained? My living room is showered with hanging art and wall decorations. Still working on your program 😉 My oldest is in kinder and though it’s relaxed and nurturing, he only wants to be home adventuring in nature. He’s a highly sensitive person such as myself and he also has an engineer mindset well above his age which makes for a turbo passion for building. It would be nice is public school offered that. I’ve strongly questioned homeschooling for him and his brother. I left high school to homeschool and loved it. I was able to start college early. It’s a major commitment. Great, great video, Madi. Love the daily visuals and the environmental focus as always your forte 💗
I need to make a high-school version of this video. I think it's easy for many to see their younger kids doing this kind of unschooling, but as they age, how do you continue? I have two in "highschool" that are continuing to homeschool/unschool and they love it and are thriving! It's possible!💕
I want to see that, please! I'm homeschooling our last child. I do wish I could've known how to do the highschool years and to be more confident. We were definitely 'boring' although I never thought of it in that term. It was just normal. I mean, my siblings and I attended private school, but other than that we were left to do and explore around our home indoors, and out. We lived outside of town, and had the best of fun just being outside. Yes, there were times we wished we could go places, no not activities and such with other kids, but places around our area, or state etc. My Mom believed in letting babies, toddlers just play on their own, only occasionally entering in to help get the little one interested if needed. We didn't have activities and all this running around from place to place like is so often the case. Totally unnecessary for the most part. And that is how we've raised out own 4 children who are now in their 20's and upper teens. The ones in their 20's have commented more than once that they are glad for their upbringing.
Thank you so much for sharing your family’s life, so inspiring on the whole and I always come away with some ideas. Also your recommendations are fab, Slow Down is a treasured book in our home and I am reading Simplicity Parenting… wow! So pleased I have started to dial down my home education to “boring”. Love from rainy Wales 🏴
I had a boring childhood until about middle school and it was the best thing in my life. Other then my life now, marri d and pregnant, I remember those times as the best of my life.
So.. a couple things- first, thank you so much for sharing a week as opposed to a shiny perfect day filled with mom keeping kids occupied with elaborate plans that seem unattainable or unsustainable or worse with a duplicate of public schooling. Second- do you make any plans and do your children lead the way with this? Thursday- tangentially related, how do you take care of the plants over the bed? Do you lower them all to water each time or is there some special May under them on the shelf? Or something else? I want to learn to keep plants in the house and over the bed is brilliant as it is out of reach for my three boys ages 7,4,1 who have managed to kill every plant I have tried to own with their “love”😂
Thanks for sharing Madisun! 👍 I did have a question about homeschooling and socialization. How often do your kids interact with other kids and how do you make that happen? Is it through play dates, meeting up with other families at the park or going with other homeschooling families to a museum? Just curious. 🙂
I would love to peek at how you juggle working while living a slow paced life. We homeschool and I still work part time, and it seems like we can never truly get a handle on a good rhythm that still lends to a life that looks like this.
I think slow living is the adult version of the childhood you are giving them. I loved the learning with homeschool. We didn’t do Disney. We did parks and museums and woods and beaches. 💚 Thanks for bringing up the memories.
10000% yes.

Homescholing my 6 little kids is a BLESSING I never take for granted!

I'm mesmerized by your videos. This is everything I want for myself and my family. This is beautiful. Thank you.
WOW. what a delight-filled childhood you are creating with them! Slow living for the win. Brava!
This is how I raised my 5 babies and I miss it so much! I love that you are spreading this message in such a beautiful way 💖
i’m so so grateful for the education my parents gave me themselves, it’s given me many opportunities i wouldn’t have otherwise had. unfortunately, my childhood was chaotic for several reasons. still, i cannot wait to pass on the good gifts my parents gave me to my future children someday, while also cultivating a safer and healthier space than the one i grew up in.
I very much admire the way you are with your children. They are learning so much but they’re having fun. I feel like this requires a lot of patience.. something I need to work on 😅
I’m 37 and my oldest is now 18 and my youngest is 9 and I would love to slow down and do these types of things with him. I homeschool as well. Started with my oldest when he was about 14 and my youngest has never been to public school and we will keep it that way ❤
I aspire to be this way. I just admire you so much and I’d love to tell you, (not just because of this video but all of your videos I’ve watched) I think the world needs more people like you ❤
I’m pretty sure you’re younger than me, but you’re such a role model to me and probably so many others
I can play videos on my iPad or cast them to the tv all day and never sit and watch any of them bec the audio is enough. But I actually sit and “watch” your videos. Thx for sharing. I’m slowed down a lot since finding your videos on YT. It’s the small things in life that make a difference. One video, one day, one action, one moment, one change, one chance that changes and grows us to be slower and more intentional.
ah! thank you so much! that means the world to me! I spent wayyyyy too much time on this video so thank you for watching ❤✨
Same 😘
Your videos always ground me! The kiddos woke up extra wild today 5,3,&1. So I opened TH-cam to pull up a meditation and your video popped up. Just what I needed. Thank you!
omg that's so sweet thank you
Love the plant shelf above the bed!
We homeschooled for a few years and loved it!
Amen and amen, Mama. To all of it. You are doing life’s most important work. I won’t say that sometimes I don’t have to consciously tune out the world telling me what I need to be doing instead, but my heart will forever know nothing is better than tending to the garden of my children’s souls at home every single day.
Thank you friend xo
I look forward to your videos every week! So much so this is literally the only content I watch anymore. It’s so refreshing to have someone like minded and honest that encourages their followers to grow instead of advertising countless items! I like the videos so much in fact that I haven’t finished my classes on teachable yet because I don’t want them to be over 😅 I look forward to your podcast!
Wow thank you so much ❤️
This may be my favorite video of yours! I loved the plant shelf segment so much. The learning that was going on was amazing. Also watching your daughter organize drill bits made me smile so much. You are a present and active parent, using daily life to share and take part in each moment with your children. What a blessing!!!!!!
This is so sweet 😭
You’re making me want to move back to San Diego! I was born and raised there and we moved to Washington a little over a year ago. I miss being able to spend all day outdoors during the winter. I also was homeschooled for a few years and attended public and private schools while living there. I have a 2 and 3 year old and I have been loving your videos. They are really inspiring and I can’t believe I just found your channel a few months ago! Keep up the great work ☺️
thankyou so much! it's raining here today for what feels like the millionth day in a row and I'm strugglinng with all the indnoor activities haha 😭🌞
Your children are very blessed to have you as a mother. I love your approach to how you are raising them. Sidenote: I love the plant shelf over your bed ❤🪴🪴🪴
Me too 🪴
Thank you so much for this video! It was so inspiring to see how motherhood can still have a lot of peaceful moments and it doesn’t have to always be so chaotic or filled with tons of activities. I wish more people shared stuff like this.
So sweet thank you xo 😘
I love your "boring" life ❤
Thank you for watching ❤️
Good afternoon from sunny Western Australia 🇦🇺. I’m 57 years old and have been binge watching your videos and you’ve changed my life 😊
Since the 1st of January 2025 ( I know it’s not been long) 😅 But I have started de cluttering and took 7 bags full of clothes, china, decor, books and anything else that I simply haven’t use for 90 days to Salvos for someone else to enjoy.
❤❤❤
Oh the plants over bed is ❤❤❤!!
I LOVE it ❤️
Madi! Hi!
I quit TH-cam a few months back, but I want you to know that I only come on here to watch YOUR videos! You are very inspiring ❤️
This homeschooling video is perfect timing. ❤️❤️❤️
Loving how your home is looking!
😘 so sweet. More are in the works!
So envious of where you live. We’re in England and although it is good to get out no matter the weather, it can be unbearable for most months of the year! Love living through your eyes 💕
Love love love this so much, thank you for sharing your week with us. As someone who will be home educating my son when he is old enough this makes me so happy to see, so inspired and just so grateful that this is how we get to raise our babies ❤
Your videos inspire me so much thank you! ❤
New fav video! Brought me so much peace while I folded laundry and my baby promptly unfolded the laundry haha
This might be my favorite video that you’ve made. Love the music, love the whimsical childhood with the books, feeding the birds, and of course the yummy baking- just love the whole vibe of the video. The trip to the Carlsbad flower fields is always a welcome sight, it’s one of my favorite places.
Thank you Amy ❤️
🤎 your videos are amazing girl they speak to me so much
I’m so glad they resonated with you 😘
You are a fantastic mom, wife, teacher, homemaker, and a resl human being ❤
I couldn’t love this video any more! ❤❤Thank you for sharing this week in your beautiful life with us!
Thank you ❤️
This approach wholeheartedly resonates with me and what I wish for my children. The wholesomeness and slowness of a childhood spent at home. Thanks for sharing this beautiful video! ❤
Thanks Caitlin ❤️
I loved books for as long as I can remember and until I moved away for college, my mom would take me to the public library on the weekends and we would sit and read together and talk about whatever we had chosen to read, my mom and the library taught me more than my public schooling or private college ever did
❤️
im so proud of you!!! thank you so much for ALL your content...it has reached my soul so deeply...i thank god for you and your family!!!! thank you so much for your sacrifices, and all u had to endure to be where u are thank u for allowing me in ur home and life!! i pray GOD blesses you and everyone around you and so you may continue to over flow to others! amen and AMENNNNN

This is goals
This is very wholesome and inspiring! Thank you for sharing 🙏 Can you do a more detailed video in the future about the homeschooling program/how you're gonna homeschool once they're older? Also, I would love to see a video about your knowledge of herbal/ayurvedic medicine!
Madisun, I love all of yourself you’re pouring into your kids. ❤ And they will always remember and love you for it.
Love it. I was homeschooled. It gave me more confidence than I knew. Interested in magazine subscription recommendations and art supplies.
Do you guys do nap time or do you let them decide when they are tired?
Ours are 6,3 right now. So the 6 year old doesn’t nap, and the 3 year old maybe once a week. When they were younger we tried to keep to more of a schedule.
Wow,life is beautiful
What a fantastic week! Thanks for sharing! I'm absolutely trying those granola bars... They look good!
I am SO excited you maDe this video. I’ve been hoping you would. We’re currently debating whether to homeschool and you make it look so calm and magical!
I’m going to sit and watch it with my partner later. Just so excited I needed to comment 😅
thank you! 🤎🤎🤎
The wonderful thing about homeschool is that it can be anything you want it to be. How magical!
Thank you for reminding me about what is truly important.
❤️
Absolutely loved this!! We are walking this journey as well, and it is so nice to other parents embrace a slow lifestyle as well. ❤
❤️
Absolutely gorgeous video, so inspiring. I homeschooled my 5. Now all your tips inspire me for my new grandchildren. ❤xx
❤️
Madisun❤ thank you for making my day with your video- I really look forward to them! I’ve been having a tough day in motherhood and your video helped put things into perspective thank you so much 💖🙏
I pray things get better, sweet lady🤗
@@CoffeeAtTheCabin thank you so much.
My favorite video you've made so far❤
Loved the title I had to watch right away!
omg thank you! coming up with titles is so hard for me haha
Such lovely days!!!
Please do more of these! ♥️
I plan to share more about homeschooling ❤️
@@MadisunGray That would be amazing! ♥️
God bless you and your family sweetheart ❤️
Absolutely loved this video, thank you! Just the encouragement I needed in my own homeschooling journey, as I constantly wonder whether I am making all the right choices.
You got this ❤️
Hey girl! I absolutely love love love this video! You’re homeschool routine/day is awesome! I also homeschool my kids and this was so inspiring! 😀
I’ve been waiting a year for this video and it arrived! Only questions I have are where do you put your children’s art and how do you keep it maintained? My living room is showered with hanging art and wall decorations. Still working on your program 😉
My oldest is in kinder and though it’s relaxed and nurturing, he only wants to be home adventuring in nature.
Loved this little peak into your life as a mama. So beautiful & inspiring. Thank you!
😘
Every child should have a education like these blessed children. Wonderful!!!
Also, if the music is turned down/off this vlog is even better!!
❤️
Your hair is so beautiful and healthy
So glad you did a homeschool video!
❤️
Love your videos and dreamy life!
So so so good! Loved this video! Gave me some ideas to get back to slow, simple and fun with the kids!
This was such a fun video! I really enjoyed seeing your week and all the little things you do as a family. 💚
Thank you for this video, it is exactly what I was needing! God is good. I appreciate the softness of your content. ❤️
❤️❤️
I LOVED this one!! Thank you for taking the time to film/edit.
Thank you Chelsea ❤️
My favorite video of yours so far! So inspirational 💛
Thank you 😘
love seeing more of your life!
Love your Videos, your family, way of living and love for life!! 💚 Thank you and all the best from germany !
❤️❤️
What a lovely video. Really wonderful.
I need to make a high-school version of this video. I think it's easy for many to see their younger kids doing this kind of unschooling, but as they age, how do you continue? I have two in "highschool" that are continuing to homeschool/unschool and they love it and are thriving! It's possible!💕
That video would be great!
Thank you Sarah ❤️
My new favourite video of yours!! ❤
That's so nice to hear! Thank you!
I love this!!
this was just lovely
I love that you watch ina garten with your kids!! So sweet ❤ so you room share with them? In one clip it looked like there was a floor bed?
I admire you that you can go against the norm in a world that promotes business and chaos.
Always 👍🏻
Love your videos, thank you for making them!!!
This is so sweet Erin ❤️
I'm glad I stumbled on your channel, Good Job MOM!
Thank you Becca ❤️
I would love to peek at how you juggle working while living a slow paced life. We homeschool and I still work part time, and it seems like we can never truly get a handle on a good rhythm that still lends to a life that looks like this.
Planning on having this as a longer podcast episode ❤️
Love this. Thank you. 🙏🏽
❤️
