Wow. Thank you for taking the time to edit this. I'm shaking as a sit here and watch this video. I have been out in the streets the last few days mostly living in the moment/ being a part of the protests but also capturing some photos and videos. I wanted to show what is going on in the streets of my city of Raleigh, NC and to show how people of different ethnic backgrounds are coming together for a change. Thank you again Peter.

I live in rural Oklahoma and have not been able to make it to a protest to take photos but I have been been working with some models on some conceptual pieces to help shine light on the BLM movement because their lives matter and I want them to be heard. I'm glad people like you are using your platform for the same reason and it makes me proud to follow you.

It is so important to record images like these and so many others. It is street photography. Documentary. Historic. Protest. People. Conflict. Confrontational . Educational. Social. Creative. So many things. We are all part of it, and part of the change. Time is now. It is our obligation to tell these stories of the events as they unfold when others don’t or can’t. There are events that went right and others that didn’t. This shows no matter how we try as humans there are always lessons learned, and seeing where improvement, growth & change must happen. Take photos. Take videos. Recording images makes such an emotional impact and statement. To all.. Great images! Peter.. great introduction and editing. Black lives matter.
