Sorry about the late upload, but while I was recording this I decided I didn’t like the way the commentary was going, so I decided to take a couple steps back rather than post a video I’m unhappy with.
*Can You Beat Fallout: New Vegas As Vikki And Vance?* - Only allowed to use Vance's 9mm SMG. - Must have Cass as a companion at all times. The only weapon she can use is Lucky. - You must wear Vance's Lucky Hat and Dirty Pre-War Buisnesswear at all times. - Cass must wear Vikki's Bonnet and Dirty Pre-War Relaxedwear at all times. - Act like an outlaw and commit crimes regularly. Must commit at least one of each crime. - Have 1 Luck and 1 Intelligence. Vikki and Vance weren't competent and died pretty unluckily.
I'm subscribing. I know it's not the best "challenge" video genre out there but I can tell you put effort and time into these videos. It's only a matter of time before the quality increases tenfold
Is the institute pistol good? No. Will I still use it because I like how it looks? Yes. Did I download mods to buff it and add more guns like it? Also yes.
I hate weapons restricted challenges where they use gun bashing, it totally defeats the object of the cha coz gun bashing is the same thing with any weapon
Are you aware of the exploit for thousands of fusion cells? If not, during the ArkJet quest with Dance at the engine room, you can go to where the launch button is and just wait, Dance will kill infinite synths, infinite synths means infinite ammo, and depending on how long you wait, you can get a very large amount. I usually wait an hour and get around 2500. So, in conclusion, you just have to wait a little while to never have energy weapon ammo shortage.

If you have ammo problems u could pick up enemy weapons. If they are loaded they have ammo in them
From what I've seen in my playthroughs, they drop 50% of their clip. But I have yet to wait before they reload to unalive them
You do know that if you pick up the synths weapons and then drop them, you get however much ammo is still in their magazine?
