Hi Lesley! I love your classes! I have a request/suggestion for a 5-10 minute warm up video that we could choose to do if we need to before some of the other classes since some of them jump right into flow and my body still feels really tight in the morning. Thank you for considering :)

Such a beautiful class. Its great to slow down and really stretch. I used to go to dance school and the stretching classes were one of my favourites, so its nice to find a good stretch class online and one that is Yoga based :)

I've been neglecting my practice lately. Life has been moving so fast, I've been so busy, stressed, my body has been sore, and although I knew yoga would make me feel better, I kept blowing it off. Today I actually took the time to slow down, and I'm so glad I did because this was an amazing practice! The quote applied to me so much too, it was like choosing this video was fate, haha. Lesley, I don't know if you use the "yoga wheel" prop? I bought one recently but can't find any proper class on TH-cam with it. Would be great if you could teach one :) I've never commented but I've been practising (almost) daily with you for 1-2 years, so in a way I consider you my teacher, even if my distant teacher, haha. Hopefully one day I'll be able to attend a class in person. Anyways, thanks for doing what you do and for another amazing class. I also love the guided meditations (trying to do them daily now). Xxx

Great Session. It has been 2 weeks since i've been at my mat and it was a tough one. I must be very unflexible in my neck and back because my forward bends weren't so forward. The shoulder stretches were very challenging to. Do you have any advice on helping to stretch these areas? (upper back and shoulders.) Thanks

Hi Lesley! Thank you for another great class! I have a question though: my lower back keeps hurting when we get to shavasana and I can't get into it with my legs stretched out because of the disconfort. Do you know why and what I can do to prevent it?
+Marion M I'm sorry to hear about your lower back. It's possible that you're arching it too much during the practice without realizing. Check to be sure that you're keeping your lower back long...reaching your tailbone (or buttocks) toward the backs of your knees and lifting your hip bones (or ASIS) toward your lower ribs. During savasana, you can bend your knees and put your feet on the floor, or roll up a blanket and put it under your knees (our you can use a bolster under your knees if you happen to have one). I'm glad you liked the class. :-)

This was perfect! Do you have any suggestions for releasing jaw tension? I try to be aware of it, but it seems to sneak up on me all the time. I hold so much tension in my mouth and jaw and I have for years. In 2016 I want to focus on relieving that.

I really liked the quote !🌺 And I have question 😁 does it really matters which side I do first (left or right). All my life I was righthanded and I know which is right and left,but this days.. I use and left and right hand when I write or do something..and it confuse me. So, is it okay if I make mistake doing first left,and not right?😁
