I’m not easy to please with most of the homes I’m been viewing online lately, but this floor plan layout and design was exactly what I’d be happy with in a home!
Lovely house. My only criticism would be the size of the kitchen. Having lived in ranch country in western Canada for most of my life I can tell you that any ranch/farm house would have a kitchen two to three times the size of the one in this design. The kitchen is the heart of most country houses.
The house, is as always, stunning. The only thing it's missing is a sunroom. Just gorgeous!!!

I was in love until I saw the pocket kitchen. The pantry could be a little bigger but it's not bad. The outside is the best part.

Would prefer storage closets for bathroom towels, etc. to actually be in the bathrooms , and storage closets for beddings, etc. to be in the bedrooms and separate from the clothes closets. Could use utility closet s for mop, broom, vacuum, etc. as well.

Bonjour, j'apprécie beaucoup votre travail mais je ne comprends pas pourquoi vos plafonds sont absolument tous comblés et bas alors que les volumes qu'offrent les charpentes pourraient ouvrir toutes vos créations ?
Sans compter la possibilité d'un étage ou d'une mezzanine ?

Ideally designed to be turned into a vacation rental as well.
The only access to the side porch is through the home office. If you wanted to use that porch for outside dining then it needs a door connecting it directly to the kitchen.

The kitchen seems somewhat small compared to the rest of the house, and I'd prefer it be more open. To me, the most disappointing part was the main suite shower. For a house this large, I'd want a truly impressive shower in my main bathroom.
Relatively small kitchen for such a big house. It should be much more open with an island.

Beautiful house but... One bathroom should serve the two smaller bedrooms. It should have a stairway to a basement. There is no place for a furnace and water heater.
Not all areas are conducive to a basement. Lots will have the HVAC and water heater in closet-like spaces. Sometimes a water heater will be housed in the garage area.

Where's thekitchen and pantry? Farmhouses need huge kitchen and pantry!

Kitchen needs to be redesigned and the selection of wall material, etc. needs to be updated away from the Americana look. Otherwise, not bad.
Certain rooms like the kitchen and living room Are entirely too small and tight the pantry is too small
The kitchen is awful ..way to small.
Architect specializes in small houses.
