Good progress - nicely done, also good job on the flags, they have certainly been worth the effort of sourcing.

thanks. Yes they are bit more expensive but look much better than the 15mm flags.

For Russians, there's the old Esci Russian Infantry and Artillery pack which also got reissued as Italeri Russian Artillery, you get infantry 20 troops and 2 officers and some artillery with crews, although not entirely historicly accurate as double buttons on the long coats according to plasticsoldierreview but probably closer than Prussian Naps. Also for Black Powder Scenarios there's an Into the Vallet of Death 6 page starter set PDF for charge of the light Brigade can get from Warlord games and they did a Battle of Inkerman Scenario in Wargames Illustrated 381, it featured the new Crimean Plastics they did and nice Crimean Russian Grenadiers on the cover. They had a few additional rules for units for BP 2nd ed.

Check out Tumbling Dice miniatures 1/72 metal figs. Very nice and compatible with the plastics.

Hi scotty I do like these Crimean figures very well painted. Are these soft plastic or hard if soft how much trouble are they to clean up. Take care Terry

Hello, They are soft plastic, to be honest I wasnt sure about using 1\72nd plastics after not using them for over 35 years but am surprised how they turn out. I do hardly any scraping of mold lines (due to being a bit lazy and them not having many). I base coat with a 50/50 mix of vallejo black and pva glue. It doesn't hide any details and seems to help with any paint chipping. no chipping so far on these. hope this helps.
