    What do I do if my tie rod won’t come slide off? You took the tie rod off and it slid right out but mine seems to be jammed in there so tight it’s seized!

      Hello. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the tie rod. Have you removed the nut of the tie rod yet? If you did. Spray Wd40 to help removed the tie rod. Keep me posted

      @@bigmanstaple2110 thanks for the fast response! We let it soak in PB and used a metal hammer to wack it out. We recommend using a metal hammer over a rubber mallet because it really needs that extra vibration to come loose😂 cheers

    Did this car have abs? Im finding conflicting info on whether I need to order an axle with an ABS ring or not.

    • @gqautodiagnostics
      @gqautodiagnostics  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hello! Good question. Most of the new c axle comes with the abs ring. An axle with an abs ring would not damage anything if it is installed in a non abs vehicle. Let me know if you have any other questions. God bless

    It's 100x easier if you take the shaft axle drive with the entire cv shaft. Don't have to fuck around with knocking out the pin whilst you're under the car with very poor access.

  • @Alan-cw8vy
    @Alan-cw8vy ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Always use a new PIN because it'll wear and get sloppy

    • @gqautodiagnostics
      @gqautodiagnostics  ปีที่แล้ว

      That is always a good practice. Keep up the good work

      Hello. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your car. Have you check your cv axles, are they ok?
      How is the rest of your suspension?
      Let me know. Keep me posted.
