Get some penetrating fluid on those beastly bolts a few days in advance, and take it for a drive if possible. Most people disconnect brake lines and sensors from the strut just so things dont get stretched or damaged. Yes, get some gloves on man! Look after your health👍
Penetrating fluid a couple days before is definitely a good idea! And yeah I should probably worry about my health a little more but what fun is that 🤪
Hey man so I just lifted my 01 forester and the axel blew out like literally it’s wobbling but I was wondering what I can do to prevent it happening again? Also should I take off my sway bar? I lifted it 3”
They’ve been great! Zero issues thus far! I don’t think I can actually pull a product link from Rockauto but under heavy duty axles I grabbed “Cardones”
Is there less rubbing on the inner boots? I have 1inch springs and a 1/4 spacer and find the inner boot rubbing quite a bit. I have a pair of axles on the way from rockauto
