I’m one year po and still feel like I’m having problems going to the bathroom (pain) and when I left things I’m uncomfortable and sore afterwards.
Do you have any recommended videos or advice how I can start PL exercises?

So sorry to hear! Have you consulted with a pelvic floor therapist in your area?

Hi, 4 days I'm going in for hysterectomy with a obgyn oncologist. It will be a full cut, with biopsies as we go through the surgery.
My question is once I'm able to start this, how do I find a person like you in my area? You are so good at this, but because of my situation I'd rather deal with this with a professional like you in person.

I had a vaginal hysterectomy 4 weeks ago with anterior repair and reposition of uterus and pelvic floor, I have been doing some light exercises like pelvis tilt and.shoulder bridge and breathing in and out . When I go for a walk my lower back can’t cope, the pain is awful and I have to go home and sit for rest of the day , is this normal . ? Even when I’m standing in the kitchen cooking dinner it is so painful, do you have any suggestions ? Thank you .. Jackie ..

Have you seen a physical therapist (pelvic floor specialty)? You have so much potential to get this better by having someone assess you and see why you are having the back pain. Thank you for watching!
