CHIFFON CAKE Basic recipe

- Chiffon Cake
✔️Batter
4 egg yolks [large size]
1/4 cup sugar [50 grams]
1/4 cup water (or milk if preferred) [60 ml]
1/4 cup oil (any cooking oil) [60 ml]
1/2 tsp vanilla extract [2.5 ml]
1 cup cake flour [120 grams]
1 tsp baking powder [4 grams]
1/4 tsp salt [1.5 grams]
✔️Meringue
4egg whites [large size]
1/4 tsp cream of tartar [1 gram]
1/4 cup sugar [50 grams]
•Cake Pan size used: 8x3 inch
(Greasing the cake pan is not required.)
* Bake in a preheated oven @ 170 C for 30-35 mins. or until light browned top.
* It can be cooked in a steamer over medium heat for 25-30mins. or check doneness with toothpick. (Cover the cake pan with foil when steaming.)
❗️Baking time may vary on the type & function of the oven. I used conventional gas oven with bottom heat function only.

Mag birthday ako this march 16 I planned to make korean fruity cake.so ito hanap ko agad if meron ka chiffon cake vlog buti meron good luck sakin haha ilang besese ako nag failed minsan perfect gawa ko sa chiffon minsan failed. Pero try ko recipe mo.❤God bless
