This recipe is almost the same as the sponge cake that is used for "Tres Leches" Cake; except 3 leches doesn't have any oil. It's still light and fluffy, but it doesn't look as fluffy as this one. Do you know if this cake can be moistened with liquid and still hold its shape? I'm thinking it can be used for making the Tres Leches cake.

ok lang po hindi na maglagay ng water..hinaan nyo lang po ung heat to 150degrees and bake it for 50-60mins..check nyo lng po using toothpick if luto na ung gitna..thanks for watching!
What maybe is the possible cause.... When I inverted the chiffon cake, cooked for 65 minutes, the cake fell down from the pan... may I be favored getting some reasons?....

Maybe it differ on the kind of oven you are using..anyway you can test it by inserting a toothpick in the center of your cake if not yet cooked, you can put it back and bake for another 20mins. Pls make sure to preheat over for 15-20mins before you put the cake batter inside

My recipe: 4 egg,1/4 oil, 1/2 milk, 1cup cake flour, 1tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanila, 1/4 tsp salt. For merang: 4 egg whites, 1 tsp lemon 1 /2 white sugar... is so perfect and soft.

30 - 40mins @ 170 degrees celsius. It also depends on your oven. You can check using a toothpick after 30mins if it's already cooked.
