Why are you doing these rolls as opposed to just using fid to weave the end through the standing part of the eye?

This is a locking splice. No sewing required to keep from coming undone when not under load.

For such a large organization to get this splice so wrong is a bit mind boggling. Do NOT use this... Minimum tail for low stretch line is about 50 diameters, not one FID... Not sure what they are trying to sell here.
