Iran is under sanctions while Egypt and Saudi Arabia is not, that's a huge difference. Cairo is not well planned, ugly and the traffic is the worst of the worst.
Low and high temperature are being reported/calculated wrong. Probably you should devide both by 10 (High 27 C and low -16 C).
