It works!!! tested many times with wolf ring +2 and other stuff (being naked, with differents armors...). congrats man, you solved the great mystery of DS3. if you continue thinking this is beacuse of the equipment weight, try by yourself; get wolf ring+2, get completely naked and swing a 2 handed claymore while an enemy attacks you (the zombie with crossbow behind to lunex gundyr bonfire is perfect for this because of his slowness and repetitive attack pattern. this guy´s attacks only stuns you with 0 poise, and 0,40 poise will not. test it by yourself). you´ll see that your animation is not stopped by the arrows; try without wolf ring and naked and they will stun you in mid-swing. you can also get 4 rings while naked; they will up your weight BUT not your poise, so you will see this even more clear.
+Juutas1988 Should try fiddling with the weight of the weapon as well as the class and poise value. I imagine it wont be as 1-dimensional as dark souls 1's poise so a lot of combinations will need to be tried. I am going to mess around with some tomorrow to see what I can find.
+Heyo27 I just tested it its definitely not, at under 30 with greataxe I still have hyperarmor and at over 30 with storm ruler I still dont have hyper armor, poise factors in
the footage is right there, if you want I can upload myself getting hit with 37%ish equip burden with the storm ruler tomorrow and show you it still stuns. For now I'm convinced though, I played a match against a guy with a greatsword (small not ultra) and some combination of sunlight armor and he poised through a greataxe swing. Ill check it out and get back to you though.

I think the breakpoint for this is 0.1 poise to just activate the hyper armor, but there's no difference after that.

+Juutas1988 Youre right, I mean the lowest I could go was 0.2 but I doubt its any different any lower. Thats lame :c
the poise does not work, the hyper armor is based on 'the equipment weight, you need 30% for the hyper armor
