Great video, felt you’ve given a very honest feedback about each, and somehow it resonated perfectly. Thank you, this has helped me decide - which one I should buy - and that’s going to be TTR Europe! 😊 thanks xx
Quite a few You Tube channels with the TTR reviews and many varying opinions about the best maps. I’m so glad to see that you’ve ranked Rails and Sails at #2, as it’s been panned by many reviewers, yet players seem to really enjoy it (see Amazon reviews). Rails and Sails remains my favorite, and I have played USA, Europe, Asia (team players), Japan, Germany and now France and Old West (just acquired a few days ago). Rails and Sails often panned for its longer play time and complexity, which is exactly what it was designed to be. Closer to a mid-weight game, so I don’t agree with many reviews. Got Old West so we could play with 6 players and TTR is often not brought on game night because of a 6 player count.
Damn, I thought you had to be a board game reviewer/TH-camr, great video! 15th anniversary Europe was my first TTR. Today I got rails & sails for my birthday. I still want nordic countries because I want a map that is fun for 2-3 players too. I am from the Netherlands so it's a shame that map is not as fun, it is for 6 players tho and I would like a map for 6 players as well because we are with a group of 6 often but maybe Asia is more fun then

Tried so hard getting United Kingdom. I just got into ticket to ride and that map pack seems like I would enjoy it the most.
Europe is also my favourite. I don't have Asia but I'd like to be a fan because, well, I'm in Asia (Australia) so it'll be nice haha.
