Very nice review! The choice and volume of the background music is very well done, as it helps to add the rhythm to the review. I owned x5 2016 model and this one is definitely step up in the right direction. Would like love to get myself back in the new cockpit.

Only thing i dislike is the rear bumper. It sticks out in a manner that makes it look disproportionate.But that's all subjective. I love it!! Will get one as soon as the paycheck gets larger XD

One of the few cars this year which acctually looks good...
I got one a week ago. I can't believe how much they cost in Europe. Mine is not as loaded as that one, I have the Executive package, driver assist pro, some other things, and it was about $75,000. It was in the shop already after 200 miles because the computer needed to be reprogrammed. Drives fantastic!

The design really grows on me the more I am looking at it.
It looks modern, muscular and stylish.(The kidney grill actually isn't that bad looking, it gives it a aggressive and more powerful appearance👍🏼)

Just traded in my 2015 x5 35d for the 2019 m40i, after seeing this video i just cant wait to get my hands on it....
I drove the M equipped 435d Grand Coupe for three years. Loved the car, but now have a X3 with the 2 Litre diesel. Thought the difference in power would be dramatic and very noticeable, not the case however. It has 190 hp, and with the turbos, accelerates amazingly fast for it'd size and weight. If the new X5 had been available at the time I ordered my X3, I would have chosen it with the 3 Litre diesel engine. Whether one likes the visual appearance of the car is purely subjective 🤘

Possibly the best overall new vehicle in the market. Our ‘17 35k mi X5 is very comfortable, roomy, quick and efficient. Only other car I think comes close is the new Aviator.

that’s not 100% correct - the air breathers at the previous model F15 are air tunnels. You can see the wheels when you look through. Take a look into the breathers of the model G05: They are closed! They are not „air tunnels“ any longer, they have no function but design matter only

you mean the electric trailer hitch/hook? very old tech now, i think BMW was actually one of the first to implement it on their cars 👍👍👍
