    Getting into Pilates or yoga is a great way in which you can work to alleviate or even permanently eliminate back pain. Yoga and Pilates focuses more on stretching, elongating and strengthening the muscles, which is perfect for your back and can easily help to eliminate some of your pain.Tara's video is really right on point.

    This seems repetitive of what you had previously done. Anyway it continues to inspire me. U make all this corework look so graceful, I have never seen any other yogi does it the way you do.     Often core workouts hurt in the top of my thighs/quads. Any reason for this? Possibly inflexibility?

      Patricia Oprea so I know that comment is three years old but I also feel it in my thighs/quads when I do certain exercises like a lot of v-ups. I think they just happen to also work the legs and maybe my hip/thigh muscles aren't as strong as my core so it ends up working them first.

    Longer legs create more stress on the abdomen. Stick a 1kg weight on the end of a 1m long pole and see the difference in weight. Similar deal for legs.

    I think she would prefer to just do it, without having to think. You ever found that your exercise routine is harder when you have to think about it?(assuming you have a routine)
