No. This is not too fast. There are plenty of longer yoga stretch routines you can look up. This is for someone who needs a quick stretch, people! I just did this after a total body weight training workout to supplement the cool down that I did. It was perfect timing.

After I do this stretch routine, I usually do child's pose, then cobra, then downward dog, then a Plank, which positions me back into cobra and then maybe bow pose. Good for counteracting a "hunched' posture from too much time staring down at my phone and laptop!
I think the speed is good, maybe could be a touch slower, as the longer you hold a stretch the more those muscles relax - improving flexibility. I find many tutorials are too slow though, so I think this is great for a quick stretch when you're in a rush. :)
This is the first yoga instructor that I have actually liked and found not at all annoying. LOL I can't stand the super slow takes 2 years to complete a session instructors. Good thing there are different types or I'd never do yoga.

I don't know if you are using a steady cam or some sort of a slider but if you are using a slider, put a rubber band around the arm of the slider to pull the camera from left to right. It absorbs the shock from the movement of your hands and it will make your shots so much smoother. Smooth shots would be much more ideal for a yoga video!
I really loved the moves in this video, I just wished they were performed slower, so that you would have more time to feel your musles while doing them, focus on breathing, etc, since I just started with yoga. But I still will try continue doing this routine :)
For me, when I need to do the poses slower, for lack of experience, or out of practice, sometimes I pause the video, for a moment or rewind to let me catch up, to basically not have to rush through. Also when I learn these poses I hope to be able to better keep up. I liked this session very much.

This is very helpful I m doing it from few days n it helped increase my flexibility. from long time I wanted to do a yogasan but was not able to do it after this it was very easy for me to do so just loved this experience.

Love this stretch but there is one stretch missing when we should hold the left leg up at the foot and twist to the back. We do this on the right hand side. I just do it afterwards tbd
+MO ..and it´s not the only one. I have been doing Tara Stiles Yoga for 1 1/2 years now and I really enjoy it. It has got me back into great shape after having a baby and I love Tara´s relaxing aura. Still, in all that time I have come across 5 or 6 videos, where she forgets a stretch on the second side. I have done around about 18, 20 different ones(I go back to my favorites over and over and stick to the ones I like, doing the same routine for a whole week and then the week after I will switch) so I have not done all of them, but must say considering that in up to 6 of them Tara forgets about the other side is a high rate. I have actually addressed this twice, "directly" to Tara, as I asked a friend that teaches yoga if it mattered and she had told me that it actually was important to do the stretches, poses on both sides. Well, I mostly notice when this mistake comes up, but I just thought it would be good to correct for people that may not notice. Also having to keep pausing the video, so that I can repeat the missed stretch, can be a little, well nerving. Still, I adore Tara and am really happy that she is putting herself out there helping others.
I agree! I don't necessarily think the routine is too fast but her voice is. It sounds like an auction voice, not relaxing. I am not trying to say this in a mean way. Only as a suggestion for future videos. :) The stretch was great!

I think she speaks as fast as some instructors at yoga studios...I find watching it through once or twice before trying the routines helps. Watch enough different videos she leads and you will probably start to understand her yoga speak, as it were.

Perfect for a cool down stretch! I did shadow boxing and weights before this so I needed some flexibility in my routine
