    I like this one and pair it with another longer video.
    I have never had a problem with the white background on Sarah Beth's videos. Her voice and descriptions are just right.

      Sandra A It’s definitely a workout that uses core muscles. Fitness level is key in whether it’s beneficial, though. I’ve been dealing with chronic illness and haven’t been exercising much. When I was in better shape, this would have been incredibly easy. Now? The moves were easy enough while I did them, but there was definitely some soreness the next day. For someone who is really new to yoga or has been away for a while, it’s a great starting point to gain some core strength so you can move on to other things.

    While I like Sarah's style of yoga, I have stayed away from her videos because of the harsh white background. That is not relaxing and is such a distractor that I have not followed many of her videos because of it. Part of doing yoga is to destress and having such a harsh lighting situation does not help with any reduction of stress. I have been following YogaTx for a long time now and have always loved the easy, peaceful studio that your videos are filmed in. If Sarah's videos are going to now be a part of Yoga Tx, why can her videos not be filmed in your much more calming studio? If Sarah is going to continue with the white background, I won't be watching her videos.

      Interesting. Okay cool to know, we thought this could happen. Thanks for keeping along with the channel, we are planning on having our film crew filming her in yogatx style this october actually! Hope you'll give them another try :D

    and u r running like train...
    5minutes abs workout..
    waste
    it must b named as 5 minutes warmup exercise
