    This is actually the best technique I've come across to tune into the gamma state. It's the real deal. I have been researching all this for about 30 years now and this technique is absolutely congruent with my own findings. Thank you for sharing it.

      @@shelleydavis5231 in a nutshell, i found that there are thoughts (or thinking patterns), emotions (like gratitude, excitement etc.) and techniques (such as the eye roll, smiling, etc.) that alter our brainwaves almost instantly. And this altered brain state is the perfect starting point to "connect" the inner world with the outer world. I have studied a lot of systems, from ritual magic to new thought to other obscure practices and (if you read between the lines) they all have a few things in common: symbols, colors, preparation rituals, special words, emotions, etc. All this stuff is basically only there in order to get into this altered brain state. The BLISS technique does basically the same but without all the things like.. for example.. fasting for 30 days or sitting in a dark room, staring at symbols and reciting incantations until you are exhausted.
      As to how this altered state connects the inner with the outer - well that's (at least i think so) got to do with quantum mechanics (wave/particle dualism, quantum entanglement, biophotons, ..) - but that's too complex for this nutshell 😅 But it's a fascinating rabbit hole to fall into!

      In a nutshell i found that being in a gamma brain state connects the inner world with the outer world in a way that information can be transported from inner to outer (as above so below / as within so without). And i found that there are thoughts, thinking patterns and techniques that induce a change in brain activity.
      I studied a lot of systems, from ceremonial magic to new thought to other obscure belief systems and actually they all are very similar (if you read between the lines). Colors, symbols, techniques like eye rolling, incantations, Special words, elaborate rituals, ... - all these things only exist to trigger this high coherent brain state. And from the "the magic happens".
      The Bliss technique just triggers that state easily and without the fluff.
      As to why and how information transmission happens from the inner to the outside world, well that's quite complex and doesn't fit into this nutshell (but in my opinion it has to do with wave/particle dualism, biophotons and quantum entanglement). It's a really deep rabbit hole to explore 😅

    I felt God and I was forced to call on Jesus and the Holy Spirit, tears started rolling down my eyes and I began speaking in Tongues. I got a Word when I stopped. Greater works then these, miracles and wonders!! 💃🏼💃🏻

    Wow, since april i had a though panic attack for the first time and still suffering from anxiety, this technique made indeed my head empty and a happy feeling after. I'll keep this doing, thanks for the video Kriya

    I was doing the Bliss technique with Kriya breathing in the evening before bed and the top of my brain was tingling the whole time as I laid in my bed waiting to fall asleep. Just lovely :) Thanks, man

    Hello, this must work because you look just as youthful as you did years ago!
    To confirm close eyes and look up inside, and smile😊 for about 10 minutes?. It is more smiling than conscious breathing while i did it?

Smiling like that and loving up connects you to that Spirit of yours, and Spirit will guide you so wonderfully and so well, and your Spirit does know how to create vitality and health.     So, I worry I’m doing something wrong. When I close my eyes and look up, I get this pain in the hollow of my eyes just above the tear ducts that feels like a strain or an oncoming headache. If I add the breathing to it, it seems worse when I hold the breath. Is this common?

      No that is not common. Just experiment with the smile and Loving up without holding your breath. Be relaxed and smile and Love yourself with a childlike innocence and say I Love You God. See if the energy of happiness can flow up. You might be trying too hard or straining. Ask your Spirit to guide you. Ask, what do I need to know to do this in the best way? Then you will be gently guided by your soul.

    How long this should be done?

      In the beginning perhaps the length of your ordinary meditation practice, perhaps 10 to 20 minutes. Then study the effects. All practices like this give energy so you will be receiving energy and if you're comfortable you can extend the practice. It's very useful to do Blissful Smiles throughout your day driving in the car or when having to wait in a line or when looking at people it's a lot of fun and it does shine light into the world. Have fun and feel great, that's the most important thing. This practice helps us live from the heart which is a safe and good practice

    Do you breath during?

      The Bliss is in the space between the inhale and the exhale. When you are filled with Prana there is a pause and the Breath is held but there's no effort in that because all your energy is Loving upwardly and it's brief. Later with practice you can feel the bliss any time while breathing normally. This technique is for training. Once you discover how to feel the Bliss of Loving up its easy to have it any time.

      Yes and for a better experience LOVE up. To whatever is up there. You say "I LOVE YOU" or "I LOVE you GOD" if that works... now your heart energy is raising through your Crown chakra to the realm of your Soul and Spirit. LOVE UP. Then you can use that smile whenever you need to lift your vibes and you will be connected to your Higher Self.

    I felt negativ effects while doing it 😢 something like fear.
    Why is that?

      Adrenaline from the solar plexus chakra causes fear. Raise your attention into your heart chakra and love up. Make sure you put a big happy smile on your face. You can say I love you to the source of your life. Be in a state of love and feel the love as you love what's above. Your energy should leave your solar plexus and rise up that way. Much love to you.

      Perhaps a release of long held stress, perhaps tears of love and tenderness, perhaps feeling the sweetness of the spirit. It's all good, and it's OK to go with it.

      Then it would be good to practice loving your own spirit. Loving yourself for having come so far. Loving the sky because it's blue. Loving puppies that you remember. It is very good to practice feeling love in your heart it's very good for your health. And even if you have to make something up it's totally okay whatever it takes to feel that love in your heart because there is a lot of love within you. And loving yourself is very good for you. The world says we shouldn't love ourselves but we should so that's dare to be rebellious and love ourselves and love the creator of our lives and that mysterious force that beats our hearts

      @@EZLivingSystems I’m really into gamma brain waves and i met a guru (very unlikely in my city) who showed me a technique from hatha, kriya yoga which includes visualization of a deity (krishna and radha), mantra chanting, mudras and yoga positions (surya namaskar)which should make a balanced hemisphere in my brain. Is this too far of from your technique?
