Sri Sri Paramhansa Yogananda, in the commentary to the Baghavad Gita says NOT to do Kriya while driving because a wave of Ecstasy could lead one to lose control and cause an accident...now, for the beginner it will be difficult to have such a powerful Ecstasy, but it is always better to be completely PRESENT when an action is involved in which one has responsibility towards others...a Fraternal Greeting in God and Masters

I had to comment on this video as well, my god this Kryia combined with the bliss exercise is incredibly potent. Only thing that comes close is deep meditation and or state of the wish fullfilled. I’ve tried basically every pranyama and breathing out there. For bliss, i’ve never found an exercise as potent. Breath of fire pranyama is excellent of purging, that’s how i use it or ”Nadi Shodhana”. But this Kryia seems similar to Tummo yoga or Tibetan yoga breathing, involves a lot of visualization as well. It’s also incredibly potent, it pushes the body. You can feel purging. But very intruiging how different disciplines across the world often meet at mutual points. Thank you for this!
The regular practice of this Kriya bliss creates a huge energy. Many of my videos are about how to control the mind so that huge new energy is balanced. Love is the way. And giving and serving mankind creates a place for all that new energy to go. Much love to you and thanks for all you do.

What you focus on expands. By focusing I send and magnify energy and whatever I focus on expands. So I want to raise energy out of the lower chakras into the higher during this technique. I want to expand my higher energies. For many of us the lower Chakras have plenty of energy already and don't need any more, but this is a personal choice. You may need to focus a different way. All is love.
I know faith and belief can heal. Look into the Placebo effect and know its true. There are many proofs and it's a good read. If you truly believed that a technique or medicine or prayer would heal you then your body would behave according to that level of belief. Anything is possible and I know we can heal through belief. Much love to you. And love can heal us too.
This is great. I can’t really feel the air going down my spine as cool only the hot air coming up when breathing out. Does it take a bit of practice or I’m thinking too much into it?
Not to worry you are doing just fine. It does take a little practice. You can make a hollow tube with your hand and inhale through it and exhale through it. Do that 5 or 10 times before you begin. This will give you a visualization or sensation of what the technique feels like. I don't always feel it completely either it's just an intention and sometimes the mind wanders but it's all good, every attempt you make will be very good for you.
Thanks for this. I saw in one of your other videos to start with 7 the first week, then 14 and up to 20. Does it mean 7 kriya breaths every day for a week? Or could I do 7 both morning and before bed? Since it’s a powerfull energising breath, I’m afraid it will do me harm instead of healing. Much love.

I've been practicing kriya breathing for the last three months. It was an amazing practice, but lately, I haven't been experiencing as much of a spike from it. Can you give me some suggestions?
Adding beautiful affirmations to the Bliss technique Creates an added Spike. Just say, "on this breath I love". On this breath I feel Divine Light flowing into my body. Various affirmations like that encourage you to put your attention on the Divine gifts that are coming to you. Also diet and state of consciousness has a lot to do with how high you can get on this practice. Do the Ahhh meditation breathing technique to release stress before you do the session, and you might find that helps also.
