Do you breath during?
The Bliss is in the space between the inhale and the exhale. When you are filled with Prana there is a pause and the Breath is held but there's no effort in that because all your energy is Loving upwardly and it's brief. Later with practice you can feel the bliss any time while breathing normally. This technique is for training. Once you discover how to feel the Bliss of Loving up its easy to have it any time.

Subconscious negativity is removed/undo by focusing on the positive reverse and saying thank you: I can do, adequate, do matter, complete, nothing's wrong, love (do have love, and can give love), not outside my good and included in my good, worthy (you're important, your positive energy is sended to others)
