I manage to get into the most blissful state through meditation, but how do we stay in that state or a beautiful loving feel good state, for hours afterwards, when dealing with the human world? I find my energy is like a rollercoaster, where as others who are highly spiritual seem to be more consistent...Can you advise?

. It's like I can make the inside of my body start swelling filling up & stuff since doing this. Nasty ball of tight stinging energy in my head though unless I stay inside my body. Is this normal??
Namaskar Dada, is there any alternative to shaushangasana? I have slip disc in my neck, and so whenever i ve tried doing hare pose, it would aggravate the pain in my neck and worsen my condition. This asana was taught to me by one Dada when I was a child, but I am unable to do. I feel bad about not being able to do it as i know the benefits of this asana.
Things are either given to you or not. you cannot achieve it by struggling to extract it. Just like sudden awakening and intense bliss was given 9 years ago... Abilities are granted or not. I experienced these so clearly and with more than one instance. All is always from God and through God. Maybe bliss is not for me.
Ability to meditate or pray is a granted gift too if it is not given to you you cannot achieve it perform it as it should be. maybe some things will never meant to be.
I can feel things are changing or maybe settling incrementally over the years but I am nowhere near bliss and in the physicality no impactful effects I am experiencing. I doubt bliss is even necessary on the road even? if I cannot achieve it after 10 years then maybe it is not given to everyone? I will never know this! and cannot believe anyone's opinion on this if it is there it is there, if it is not then it is not there not present! I would prefer physical healing rather than achieving bliss anyway. What will bliss provide even? other than masking my real physical bodily sufferings for a temporary time? would be a good way to kill time though... for masking real problems and numbing myself.
