Greetings from Southern Utah. Born and raised down the street from y’all in Whittier. Thanks for putting these videos out. I’m going with this exact set up for my new 2022 Tremor that I’ll be ordering in the next two weeks. You have totally convinced me that this is the way to go.
I got it ordered! Star White with the Carli Pintop and Innov8 G500 tech lite wheels with Nitto Ridge Grappler tires! I’m so pumped. We’ll see how long it takes to get here. Order date was 9/23. I can’t wait! Even the guys at the dealership here are pretty pumped. They want to use it for marketing purposes.
The 13.5” 37s look right with the 18” wheels and they don’t stick out too much. I thought the 4.5” lift would be too tall, but doesn’t seem like it. Looks great.
I basically built the same truck but in Antimatter Blue. I bought the Innov8 wheels from being an Instagram follower of CJC’s and loving these wheels. They were more expensive than I had originally budgeted for wheels but they really stand out. People comment all the time how cool my truck looks.
I ordered your full 3" pintop kit for my 7.3L Tremor. Wishing I would have went with that 4.5" but, I have yet to get it. Hopefully it comes blacked out. That combo would look amazing!
What is the offset on this specific wheel and tire setup? Also, can you run this setup and offset on a 2.5/3.5 carli without having to trim? Thank you for any help
Both are the same so it's basically just a badge aside from the rear axle! The F-250 Tremors use the F-350 suspension to get the "factory lift" on the truck.
They are as reliable as it gets in extreme cold, and are rebuildable at home with basic tool for when the cold finally wins the battle against the seals.
I’m looking at ordering a 2022 F-250 Diesel. If I’m going to do this same setup with you guys…. Does the Tremor give me anything I can’t get on a F-250? I want a locker in the rear.
Is there an air bag system recommended for the 2.5? While the 4.5 looks great I feel it’s a bit more than I need. I will be soon towing a HQ19 black series trailer which I believe is 10k loaded. I am in San Diego.
You're spot on that the 2.5" is more practical for towing etc, which is why we came up with this airbag system for the Carli rear springs. It will not work with factory springs though! www.cjcoffroad.com/collections/ford-air-bags/products/firestone-ride-rite-air-bag-for-ford-2017-2019-f250-f350
@@CJCOffRoad figured. Hope you have better luck than I did. Firestone has been nothing but garbage for me. The brain keeps dying. Bags are great though. Waiting on an ARB compressor to replace the second dead Firestone brain.
Based on one of your other videos, I thought the 38"x13.5 tire on a 4.5 kit was working with no trimming. Am I mistaken...is the 37" tire the only one that will work without trimming on this setup?
perfect truck... except change the rear progressive spring to the add a pack .. some of us bought a truck to tow and have heavy 3000# tounge weights...
Have this exact same setup going on my 2022 Tremor today to be picked up Friday! Only thing its missing is the radius arms that I ordered back in May. Any idea when May orders will be shipped? Thanks!
I need to know who the owner is…. My truck is getting nearly this same exact setup next week snd I am also a Vegas guy. Want to get shots of both our trucks.
@@joshuapurcell9422 I ended up going with Powerhouse Performance in Simi Valley California since they are another shop that installs a lot of Carli kits. I did see a post from Sin City Diesel that they are doing an install on a dodge this week.... But i get nervous when a company only does a couple per year when you are spending this kind of money. Lastly, be ready for a 6-7 month wait for parts. I ordered everything in March and got it installed just after labor day.
@@Hated_Sien live the set up, I’m from Los Angeles and my truck arrive next week, may I ask how much the kit and install cost you? Similar valley is close by and I’m looking for a place for my kit. Thank you
@@victorguzman9298 So my kit is a little bit special since i had my Kings cerakoted dark grey, all of the AL parts are anodized black and the hoses are black. I did the full pintop system with all of the upgrades from Radius arms to torsion bars. Add in 18" Innov8 G500's that were powder coated anthracite grey, Tech-Lite Rings and ceramic coated, i paid just around 18K fully installed.
@@Hated_Sien thanks for the reply! I just asked for that same set up. I’ll be out in Vegas in September I’ll be doing a photo shoot I’ll let you know in case you interested.
Could this setup work with the stock Tremor wheels? I really like my stock wheels and the Inov8 wheels look similar, but it could save me some scratch.
@@joseH2x Unfortunately the dodge will spend more time at the shop getting transmission repairs. Then again, i have heard they are just catching fire now.

So why get the tremor package if you’re just going to replace what the tremor package is?

Did they ever respond?
I'm curious, what is the overall height of the truck with this setup? Once the new suspension is settled in, what is the actual height?
These 4.5"/5.5" Carli trucks sit at about 86” with 37s!
Is there a reason to go f350 over f250 on the diesel tremor package? I hear theyre both the same exact thing

@@CJCOffRoad thank you! Maybe just makes sense to go 350 for the higher resale value 🤷🏾♂️
Are these shocks rated for extreme cold weather? It gets very cold in Northern Canada.

yes, it gives you a limited slip front diff, additional water proofing and lots of other small upgrades!
Any negatives going to a D load tire?

What is the wheel offset selection on these G500s?
These are 5" backspace.
Based on one of your other videos, I thought the 38"x13.5 tire on a 4.5 kit was working with no trimming. Am I mistaken...is the 37" tire the only one that will work without trimming on this setup?
You can put 38" without any trimming on this truck.
38s work with no trimming for street driving, but if you plan to really use the truck hard off road, 37s are the way to go.
What was the offset / backspacing ?
These are 5" backspace.

That's what the air bags are for.... They restore your full load capacity.
I went with the 2.5” system because you can still get in most car washes - barely.
This system tops out at 7’2”, which fits in most car washes. All the car washes near me have 7’2” limit.
Where would a guy find murdered out body plastics for a Super Duty like on this build?
Why do you look like HR from The Office 🤔
What’s the point of getting a Tremor and then putting this Carli 4.5” on???
