Does this system replace the need for airbags in combination with say, the Carli back country system, to keep the truck level and retain the tow capacity?
SDI has been around the suspension industry a long time! Just in other areas, I would definitely trust running these on my truck! So rad to see the technology trickling down!
Finally ordered the E-Venture Leveling system on Friday for my 2021 F350 Tremor. As Cody would say, "I threw the Carli catalog at it!" Going to be carrying a RTT, bed slide, and camping gear pretty much all the time, so went with the full progressive HD leaf pack for the rear. Can't wait to get the kit. Already have a set of Method 705's (18x9) that will be wrapped in some 37x12.5 Nitto Recon Grapplers.
Roughly 11:00 minutes into the video you show some high speed desert running. The F250 and your suspension system is clearly taking a beating and holding up extremely well. I love the drone footage and your editing skills are top notch. My F250 should be here by the end of the year, dealer said to expect a 6-9 month wait. Crazy times…
Finally got my 2022 7.3 Tremor all mod’ed out with this and many other things. One is the Bank’s Pedal Monster and iDash. That is a legit system and really unleashes the 7.3, especially in sport mode 10! From a red light, I have to be careful not to spin my rear 37 Ridge Grapplers! The Carli system is legit as well and never before have I driven so fast across the farm I frequent! This is night and day different than a stock Tremor!
Amazing Kit, Detailed description, and value! And to the folks that did the filming, even more amazing work! Bet that was a long day to make an 18min video ... hahaha

Now I gotta go buy my wife a king ranch F350. I won’t give up my Carli pintop megacab, but my wife has been saying she wants more than her 4runner, so guess it will be a F350 king ranch with the E-Venture. Will this work on a dually? We need a dually and might as well get that for the wife.

Question for Cody - has he had any issues towing with a Tremor? In the Ford manuals the Tremor towing capability drops drastically from the non tremor.
Will this work with stock rear springs on an F350 Tremor? I need to handle a 3500 lb truck camper (Northern Lite 4 season slide in), so I’m guessing stock rear leaf springs + airbags for leveling, while giving up some rear suspension compliance unloaded to be able to handle the camper when loaded. I can bring truck/camper combination to your shop in the coming months to install and test.
You'd actually want to use one of Carli's HD spring options, specifically the XXHD pack which is designed for that capacity, while offering way better articulation and wheel travel than the stock leaf pack. We're happy to do the suspension, but sadly the camper doesn't fit on the lift with the truck!
@@CJCOffRoad Thanks! I tried to reply but I guess is didn’t go through. How rough will the xxhd pack be w/o a load? And, will I need airbags or timbrens to level the rig w/ 3500 lbs in the bed?

It would work just fine for that, but keep in mind that these coils are a lighter spring rate than factory, so the plow will sag the front end of the truck more than it would sag a stock truck.
I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this question. Can you hook up a plow to the front of the truck with this system? It is almost impossible to find a leveling/suspension system that can handle a plow on the front of a truck. 2019 F350 srw, 6.7
You physically can, but these coils are a softer rate than factory (which is how ride is improved) so you would likely want to use sump springs or timbrens to supplement capacity. That way you have a nice ride most of the time, and can install the helpers when needed with the plow.

Would this be the right suspension if we also use a snow plow in winter?
Is that a stock color the red for the f250s? The rapid red? Maybe it just looks a little different on camera
Rapid red!
Which setting would be for snow and ice?
It's more determined by speed and surface texture than what's on the ground. There's a rock crawl mode for low speed, highway mode for daily driving, and then baja mode for high speed off road.
Wonder when the ram kit will be getting released?
Planning for later this year!
Time to check my lotto tickets.
Will this be available for a 1500?
How will the E-venture hold up in harsh winters below -30 or oilfield mud?
Just fine like any other 2.5 or 3.0 Fox/King shock! These bigger bodied shocks handle it much better than the smaller 2.0s.
Does the front of the red truck shake as bad as the blue one? If not I’d that because of the difference in lift heights?
Blue truck was running street tire pressures which is what you are seeing. Proper off roading tire pressures would’ve had it looking even smoother.
