I've been cutting for a little bit now, I always look at new methods to help with time and get = to or better results. This was clean and I now have ideas. Thank yall
Ayyyy. Just wanted to say I've been cutting hair for bout 2-3 years now self taught in the trenches and a cpl of your videos really uped my game 10 fold just wanted to say "Love fam" But much love. I love your videos
You always make it look,so easy! I swear I always get the heads with the divots and the odd shapes and never get a clean fade ugh. Makes me sad! I love your instruction though. The best out there. Thank you
@@scottmalcolm1974 sometimes you'll see thumbnails that say difficult hair or hard fade. These are the types of hair that are tough or heads that are hard.
I agree on the harm more than good with the Clipper over comb the other day I was doing a cut started the Clipper over comb got too overconfident took out a big chunk then went back to using my guards to fix what I had done 🙊👍😎
Bro I just started getting into cutting hair really want to become a barber one day.. Just cut my buddy's hair the other day wasn't too pleased with it but I feel like I'll be more comfortable with my next cut. Great videos by the way very helpful good looks my guy.
Lol... you say that to know when to stop, haha...yup your right! this what I'm gonna try like the sheer over come and your detail with the sheers! Yes I've learned alot with your tutorials thank you best 1 I've seen saving this 1! Eddie's ☝️
Nice cut bro. It’s a pretty simple cut honestly just need to adjust your clippers I have one clipper 0 gap and leave the rest as they come from factory. Oh yea and my andis t outliner as well for edge up and erasing the line the shaver leaves
I am doing selfcuts, they say the hardest part is is getting out the bottom line, i find the hardest transition (which i still cant get right) is the second guide .5 closed into the 1 open!
when should you do a curved guideline like you did on this cut and when should it just be straight all around the head? idk if you understand what im trying to say
Do you have to zero gap the magic clips to get rid of the first guide line? My magic clips are not zero gapped at the moment and I’m quite new to this and finding it hard to get rid of the line. I have a foil shaver and the detailer would they be better at getting rid of lines?
I am 18 years old and just starting to cut hair in The Netherlands. I find it really hard to choose low buget clippers. I bought the wahl 300 series. Can you or anybody say if its a good clipper or thing i need to know about it! :)
How are you able to work? I've been out of work since the 23rd of march. The government shut the doors on my salon because of covid-19. What state are you in?

So does everyone when people do tutorials they obviously use people with good hair and scalp …..

That half attack really helps me when I cut my own hair 🤘🏽

Not all barbers can do that very nice fading .You are certainly one among the best hair cutters.

Good job
killed it !!!
I know this is an old vide but towards the end you were using the point of the scissors to fade some dark spots...csn you do a video on that? Thanks
Good job Brother. Very informative. I've been a Barber for 30 years.

I need advice for the angle best used to film my clients and this is still a problem for me?
Great video and the suggestions were VERY helpful. I'm glad to see you using your safe gear(PPE). Thanks, Mr. Eddie.
Love your videos! Thank you for creating them. God Bless and keep you safe! About to cut my nephews hair. Pray for me! Lol.
Man I need to get some Octanes. My clipper over comb struggles a bit when I'm close to the crown areas. The head dips in and throws me off
Xandez 08 Congrats on winning!!
Sir CN u help me to get it understand in detail
Thank you for this keep it up
Anyway you could discuss the difference between a “compressed” and “stretched” fade during a live segment with an example or two? Thanks!
TH-cam Barber Academy Much appreciated!
Whats the difference??
@@alexrosales2678 Compressed is small guidelines that are close to each other.
Re-signed with Top Rank to avoid Errol Spence Jr. please tell me he made a vid about it
it would be sick if you were to do a budget barber kit video, for students. Or a tour of your shop
i did a full low fade clipper of comb and it was blurry afffffffff
I’m a total beginner, I know nothing but am very interested in this profession , what clippers, shaver, are good ones
Appreciate the time for even replying Iol I subscribed and ready to learn lol $

Opinion on putting a ceramic blade on the magic clip? Thanks! Also, any update on the new .50 cal mag?
How were you able to use just the #1 closed to blend out that first guideline? I always have to use the .5 and thats when it gets dicey
That came out clean with the magic clips 😅
Do you always use ring lights when cutting, or only when filming?
What’s the best all purpose clipper that’s good for bulk and fading and is cordless
Great video my man. Question. Do you zero gap your clippers? Should I zero gap mine?
@@TH-camBarberAcademy thanks! I'll check out the last video
What # guard on top of head?
Which clippers have those “clicks?”

@@TH-camBarberAcademy ta.. i think i figured it out.. not enough passes on the line and not enough corner of clipper work at an angle like you show.
Does going up with the 1and 1 half work with any length on top? Trying to do my best for clipper over comb.
when should you do a curved guideline like you did on this cut and when should it just be straight all around the head? idk if you understand what im trying to say
You can also do curved when they want a "drop fade"

You don’t need anything zero gapped
Work on your technique go slow
What ever you use to put the line in that’s what you need to take it out.

Is it possible to fade by starting with a #1. Say my client doesn’t want a skin fade but he still wants a fade
Mr. Si Señor yeah homie it’s just a Shawdow Fade
Course it is. Fade the 1 into a number 2-3 as you get to the perital ridge then clipper over comb
Right on. Thanks guys.
TH-cam Barber Academy Gracias. Yes it helps.
Sorry for all the questions but which of the Braun series 9’s do you use? There are 8 different models
TH-cam Barber Academy you’re a doll. Thank you
When you start clipper over comb after doing the 1.5 up the side, do you change blades for the clipper over comb?
TH-cam Barber Academy perfect. Again, thank you!
How are you able to work? I've been out of work since the 23rd of march. The government shut the doors on my salon because of covid-19. What state are you in?
Who knows when this crap will end,but at least we can file unemplyment here in oregon.

Sorry this isn’t the half attack system
@@TH-camBarberAcademy Yes ..I appreciate all your videos and education..
I just wanted
Pretty complicated way of fading.
Haircut looks good, but you lost me bro.
