    Amazing run down of the barbering staples. My fiancé only likes getting big chops every six months or so I always do a refresher and this is that much needed refresher. His semi fade came out great!

    I was not avear I don’t keep clippers flat
    And sometimes I hade a problem with fades take me more time to fade and somehow I did good fade. But now I think I will be faster when I am fading.

    Im a mommy barber.. Most videos of other barbers out there are clinical based tutorials which is great. I've been looking for lecture based barber videos.     Many Thanks for this video having been out of the business for a while and just getting back in face were not popular when I was cutting here we were doing tapers which were similar but not the same and I appreciate learning from you and others on TH-cam who take the time invest the money on video equipment and are willing to share your knowledge with others it takes a lot of work to do that especially after you've been working a full day so thank you again for all that you do I appreciate your reviews on equipment as well because I am trying to upgrade my Arsenal and you've given me some great insights on a lot of the equipment that I have bought recently

    This is the video I've been searching for. I've had to teach myself how to fade as I've never worked in a barbershop and as a hairdresser I've found it hard to get a job as a barber here . So I learned how to fade from getting my own haircut by my barber and asking him questions and trying to learn visually what he does. 2015 is when I learned or taught myself how to fade. I work in construction now so I don't have much time on the clippers anymore but I wish I had this video back in 2015. I probably would've been fine and learned how to fade if I was in a barbershop but it's hard to get those clean fades if no one teaches you.

    as a barber of more years than i care to count, i hate to admit it, but i still struggle with "fades" ...& this is EXACTLY what i needed! i may need to invest in some new equipment, sure, maybe, but first i needed to invest in an education, kinda like how becoming a better driver starts with a "Driver mod" not a "Car mod" ...awesome job of breaking it down man, thank u!!

    Good vid cuz I put my skin line in first then I use my detachable steel Oster 76 one and a half and go up start it that way and then work down it saves me a lot of time as well. 👍 All the tutorials informative man keep up the good work GODBLESS
