If you think you eat a lot you don't. I thought I ate a lot until I really started eating a lot (tracking calorie intake) and the difference was massive. There are also other factors that play into appetite. If you have a good sleep schedule you will feel more hungrier compared to a shit sleep schedule. If you nofap you will feel more hungrier compared to pmo daily/weekly. For those who can't eat 3 large meals in a day. Instead eat 10 small meals a day each around 300 calories. I find it best to drink boost or ensure (plus calories) because drinks are less filing therefor you can eat more. Whilst getting that calories. Your body will start to get used to the constantly drinking and eating and your stomach will "feel" bigger and hence you can eat more! Good luck y'all
starting to drink ensure as I would usually only drink water and started nofap, just tryna get lots of calories in my body so when I exercise there's an actual effect but idk if it'll go well but I've started to eat lots of meat, rice and eggs as well
It's not about that though. It's about the fact that I can eat the same amount as one person and they gain 10 lbs and I lose 10 lbs. I remember a friend following my diet because he figured that I had a secret but he just put on more weight.
Boys and girls.Dont give up.!! Consistency is the key. Since ancient times the human body goal is to survive. If you personally want to gain weight, your body will not understand that easily. It may confuse. But if we continue to give it more opportunity by giving it excess calories. ,it will truly understand us.

It's so frustrating to be underweight. Most people do not understand how hard it can be to maintain a healthy weight. I'm on my feet all day at work and it's really hard to eat enough to stay at a healthy weight. 😒

The reason I do not feel sorry for overweight people: Achieving your weight goals does not require any capitol investment, just keep your mouth closed, lose weight and save money. For those of us who are thin, not only is it difficult to force your body to eat more, but it costs us a lot of money as well. Seems fair, doesnt it?

Need to consume more than burn calories, got it! My biggest concern is making sure I’m eating the right foods and not junk food to bulk up. Yes, I have pea protein powder and stopped taking it when my coach told me to get proteins from food alone but that’s not enough considering I don’t eat meat every day. Red meat is a no for me due to high cholesterol. I used to be obese with BMI around 30. Now, I’m freaking out as it dropped below 24 today.

healthy eating is essential. you also need to make sure you are slowly adding calories to your already regimented eating habits in order to see weight gain. you can't just eat a lot of calories because if you do that you will just become fat and could possibly become sick. you need to exercise and lift the weight while doing just moderate cardio. eat in a slight excess of calories, in a small surplus of your total calories. the longer you weightlift and move your muscles the more you will build muscle, provided you are doing it correctly, and when this happens you supplement your muscle with calories, mainly protein and you will gain weight. it has to be done slowly.
I have to gain weight because I weigh 47-48kgs with a height of 175cm, but because of an eating disorder (anorexia). But the doctor said that I have to gain weight without going to the gym, because any kind of sports raises the stress levels in my body, and even if I eat in a calorie surplus it would damage my body and my hormon levels. So I have to gain weight just by doing ''normal'' daily activities, like taking the stairs, grocery shopping, and maybe a little bit bicycling.

how are you including eggs and dairy, even meats as healthy sources of protein when so much science points in the other direction. Try to get the protein from plant sources whenever possible as they come without the saturated fats and cholesterol.
I have so much trouble. I am 5’1 (age 15) with a body weight of 87 lbs. I am a literal twig and it makes me so self conscious because I don’t have fat in the places where it is attractive (my chest, buttum, thighs, arms).

Got sick and lost 15 pounds and I have never struggled so much to gain it back, in fact I’m still loosing weight despite trying to regain it

I'm really tired of having to prepare meals for this and constantly eat something. Im most of time busy and cant prepare something eat... And It's incredibly frustrating to lose weight immediately when I'm hungry for a while.
The slides can easily be used for how to lose weight. 1. Don't consume donuts and sweet drinks. 2. Eat more proteins. Even protein shakes are ok. 3. Moderate fats and carbs.

I’ve been underweight my whole life and it seems like every year I get older it’s harder to maintain 100 lbs. I eat as much as my body will let me (until my stomach hurts) and it never seems like enough. I’m honestly scared of exercising because I’m worried I’ll burn off everything I ate.
Is it good to maintain this within a month?

I have no idea why he's acting like gaining fat is something to be avoided. If you're underweight, chances are you have a very low body fat percentage. Focusing on only gaining muscle and not fat completely defeats the point-- it will lower your overall bodyfat percentage. This makes you UNhealthier in the long run. Stop with this fatphobia
how are you including eggs and dairy, even meats as healthy sources of protein when so much science points in the other direction. Try to get the protein from plant sources whenever possible as they come without the saturated fats and cholesterol.

Being anorexic forever just hurts me so much and I do really like chicken and fish a lot when my mother, uncle and my uncle's wife cooking really good foods for me to eat because calories can help me a lot and I had stress everyday because of the gloominess on my face and that's why I don't eat solid foods anymore and I also eat liquid foods 😭

I have to gain 2 stone in a few months because I'm severely underweight. Im now having 4 full meals a day. Every single one of my meals is extremely high in protein. I even have protein wheatabix. I have stopped doing too much exercise and now do very minimal exercise like a brisk walk each day. BUT GUESS WHAT. Even though i did all of that this week i still LOST 2 POUNDS. JUST HOW?!

Start building your weight back up my friend, I turned 20 this year and have been cycling 8 years, started increasing my cycling too much and lowering my food intake while I was at 18.5bmi and now I'm 17.5bmi, ended up in the hospital with insane pains from hunger and chest pains and I would never wish it upon anyone, been a week and I'm barely recovering still, just getting back to work, take care of yourself
