@Kevin Prima I hope you mean "not that effective" in relative terms. N95 masks are ~99% effective, while surgical masks are ~70% effective. Both are vastly more effective than cloth or having no mask at all.
It’s amazing to me that Doug dresses like a dad, doesn’t have a fancy haircut, and is just all around completely normal, and yet he gets INVITED to review and drive cars worth millions of dollars. It’s inspiring.

Saw one in Aspen doing a pull right in front of the Police station. The sound was pure cadence. Looked and sounded like it had a Tubi system.

The back of the sedan thingy is to turn on or off gear indicator on the main instrument cluster 15:34
when you pull the lights lever up, it only turns on the mfd and license plate lights I think its not working on this one 17:27

I remember the day like yesterday driving along with my family when I was a kid, to the Ardennes, getting past near Francorchamps by a Ferrari F50. Roof open, couple with ear protection & caps on roaring past. What a car! Along with the F40 the ultimate poster boys of supercar heroism!

Frankly, I'm more partial to the F50 than the F40, which is said to be the "best Ferrari of all time", and I do agree that both are very special. I used to see the F50 a lot during my childhood, while playing Need For Speed video games, hence it holds a greater sense of occasion for me than the F40. Neither car is greater than the other, even if their respective driving experiences differ. Both cars represent temporal milestones in Ferrari history, and enjoying as well as celebrating such cars is what should be preferably done.
I would like to have just 1% of Mr. David Lee’s money.

Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 on PS2 is the biggest reason I love this car!!
This was the first supercar I felt I had a strong affection to as a kid. I was at the right age when this came out in 95, and I remember Shell doing a promotion about Ferrari where you can get a special diecast model of this car if you earned enough gas coupons. Of course I collected the entire set.

It looks like the analog speedometer can switch between mph and kmh as well. Mph is lit and the higher numbers are dim. I think if kmh is enabled the higher number will light up as well.
Wonder if it can be switched easily or if it's a factory configuration.

You know I considered buying one of these but I couldn’t get over having to manually roll down the windows in a 3 million dollar car, so I bought a Subaru Impreza instead.
I’m pretty sure base model Imprezas still have manual windows too. But, honestly after replacing countless window switches and motors over the years, manual windows don’t seem too bad, especially if you have good AC. The fewer things to break, the better!

Yes they have been known to lie about lots. Plus some sultons get special ones too.
Ferrari says there’s only 400 Enzo’s on the planet, but someone once took a count and it came out to closer to 500. They tend to lie to make their cars seem more desirable.

On the display that shows the mileage and other things, the first one Doug questioned with the number 30 and the weird symbol is the brightness control for the instrument panel and the second one that he says looks like half a car with an antenna is the gear indicator and shows you which gear you’re currently in.

Most F50's are probably trailer queens and aren't being driven 50-75 miles at a time like David's is, so considering that most of these probably have less than 200 miles on them, 3000 is a lot comparatively.
"Often" in terms of Ferrari.I betcha this is one of the most high mileage F50s out there. Infact, Ferrari refused to sell David Lee the LaFerrari Aperta because he drives and posts videos about his cars too often. Most F40s, Enzos, LaFerraris are never driven. David Lee is pretty much one of the only guys who drives his exotic cars frequently.

We need a review of the 288 GTO next to complete the collection. That is really the rarest Ferrari supercar.
I remember buying a car model kit of the F50 when I was about 10 years old. I've always thought this was a beautiful piece of art. As well as the Viper GTS and McLaren F1.
The noise with the hazards and turn signals is because they go through the same combination switch to make the hazards work. The actual noise is a weird thing they opted to do; but electrically they usually will function almost exactly the same hence the same noise for both.
Oh man, that brings back memories I had a 1998 Ferrari F50 and it was the most desirable car . It was however a 1:18 Maisto scale model 😕

This car reminds me of a Trabant, with those extras, such as a rope for door handle and manual windows.
My recommendation is to have the heating directly come from the engine, just open a little door with a fan on it and blow the engine bay air into the cabin.
I have an F50 diecast model on my desk, a poster of it on my wall in the 90s and visited the Marconi Museum in Orange County and saw 2 of them. My ultimate dream car!

Joseph K ole Marlon here thinks it’s realistic for someone to amass a $25M net worth in their lifetime. While $2, maybe even up to $5M is somewhat realistic assuming you have a decent starting point and lots of discipline, $25M comes from lots of good luck with investments, a VERY successful business, etc.

In 1996 I sold cars at a Mazda store in Memphis TN, Across the street was an exotic car dealership which had Porsche and Ferrari. They had a F50 on the showroom floor, I got to sit in it. It was soooooo Awesome.

ive somehow broken youtube to where it never plays ads anymore... i read to put an extra . behind the '.com', like 'youtube.com./watch?...', and it seemed to work fine at first, then stop working, then the next day it just started giving a playback error for a few seconds and then playing the video, that was weeks ago and i havent seen a single ad since! much rather deal with a few seconds of 'playback error' than some of these hour long ads that i cant seem to skip...
