I had a '94 Honda Accord with the 4-cylinder F22B engine in it years ago. I discovered the key to winning races is to pick opponents you know you can beat. In my case, I only raced it against joggers, bicyclists going up-hill, and riding lawn mowers. Like Mike Finnegan from Roadkill says, "If at first you don't succeed ... keep lowering your expectations until you meet a goal." ;-)

Another key factor is keeping it stock, so you can preserve it's racing value as well.

Thanks for meeting up and hanging out bud. I appreciate all of the advice and knowledge.
I look forward to rolling again once my tuning is updated.
I also appreciate all of the comments both positive and negative. Youre all right, I could've had a Scat or HC but what fun is buying my power? I'm doing something alot of people aren't by building an unproven PowerPlant and having fun doing it.
Youll never have the fastest scat or fastest hellcat sitting on the couch being negative. I have a real chance at taking the V6 LX record. (11.81)

My wife and I ran out of gas when we test drove our go mango scat chally. We actually coasted through at least 2 and possibly 3 traffic lights to make it all of the way back to the dealership and block the entrance. This guy had just bought two vehicles and couldn’t get out. We literally only drove around like 6 blocks. If the chally is touching the red line at all, it will put you down.

The thing is, at this point, with the RIPP, the transmission upgrade, rear end upgrades, etc. he probably has more into it than a scat. It’s cool and all just to do and prove it can hold it’s own, but unless slowly building up the car over time is your only option as opposed to buying a scat right away, it doesn’t seem worth it.

Admire the effort! One thing that can be done for acceleration is smaller wheels in rear narrower in front, lower that reciprocating weight. Of course it is a Challenger so why worry about weight?

There is always someone faster. I had a girl (not that there's anything wrong with that) walk me from a dig in her Jeep Trachawk. I was in my 2011 Cadillac CTS-V and it was my first introduction to a Tra Hawk. Could I have launched better? Oh yes. But was her Jeep silly fast? Damn. It was like in slow motion as she was gapping me. Thanks for the Vlog!
