Thank you both. I tried this a couple of times and I can tell you that it has absolutely helped alleviate the pain. I am 62 years old and I've lately been noticing a very annoying pain between the shoulder blades and more to the right which I believe has to do with sitting in front of a computer with two monitors and constantly looking to the left. For me chiropractic medicine is one-hundred-percent the way to go!

Thank you so much for this video! The area around my right shoulder blade has been killing me for the past month, and it's gotten so bad I thought I was going to have to go to the emergency room one night because of the pain (I had no health insurance or GP). I never would have guessed the pain was coming from my neck until I saw this. I wondered why I would get sharp pain in my shoulder blade when I tilted my head back. Now that I know it must be a pinched nerved caused by bad posture (horrible posture and no excuse for it), I can move forward accordingly. Thank you so much for helping me!

I have shoulder pains and neck pains, problably mostly from working behind a screen. I fixed my sleeping posture (I usted to sleep on my belly... great for messing up your neck!), that works, but I also realize that a standing-sitting desk is one of the best treatments for me. I naturally do not slouch when standing, but I do when sitting. I have a desk like that at home, and I feel much better after working a day like that!
Unfortuantly the company I work for does not have these special desks thus far... :/

Wish you could give me a specific way to over come an old whiplash injury/ in tha passenger car seat pin that leads to overwhelming pain and nausea. I imagine that it’s normally called being car sick but this is extreme. I can’t use my arms during the day before visiting my son and his family, an hours ride in the car, when my husband drives. I’ve had 7 spinal fusions, 3cervical and 4 lower lumbar. .. all were done as a last resort sadly. I imagine the stress level keeps moving up now with each lumbar fusion. I’ve lost hope for relieving pain like you suggest in the shoulder blade lesson.. They give me very short term relief. Thank you so much for being here, Kathy

For 3 days now I've had an excruciating pain that feels like someone has driven a half-inch or so diameter nail into me just under the bottom of the right shoulder blade. I know it started 2 days earlier in the right side of my neck, but these neck exercises didn't help. The foam roller gave me 3 pops (2 more than usual) but didn't help this pain. So hard to find the right video. Tramadol isn't quite doing enough; I'll have to switch to hydrocodone next. Still, I'm glad to know these exercises for other types of pain.

It’s most always the neck for me 😆 Thanks, fellas! A lacrosse ball works best for me for fascia release.

I just found you guys. Thanks for the info about the 👍 thumb. I had thumb pain from holding my cell phone, left hand, so bad. My daughter found a contraption on Amazon and I started wearing my cellphone about my neck.
My thumb got better but now my neck needs help 🙃.
Hey, I was wondering if you guys have heard about the Kailo pain patch. It works, don't know how , but it does. My husband thanks God for it every day 🙏 ❤️!

I like the wife comment as my wife of 25+ yrs does the verbal commands constantly and this is after I already know what to do.
