I loved the original Atrix 4g! It's my current phone still. Although I'm rooted and running custom ROMs which don't utilize the fingerprint scanner, I loved it when it worked. It worked well, and it's sad to see that none of the manufacturers have capitalized on Motorola's mistake of abandoning it.

Realistically we've already passed the PPI count of 4K. Panasonic's is around 216 ppi, and with HTC's One phone coming in at 440 ish, we're far above it already.
You can also buy a battery pack to charge your phone on the go without having to plug it in a power outlet. For instance, I had a gs3 and a battery pack/ protective case and now that I have the htc one, I just plug it in and it works even thought the case doesnt really fit.
Yup and I hope everyone buys a HTC One. I will be going with an S4 for personal reasons but I really really want to see HTC reap the rewards from this fantastic phone.

The S4 is probably a great phone but I just can't get pass the blueish screen, all the plastic and the higher price tag (here in Canada at least...) I got the HTC one for about 125$ after rebate, free case, screen protector. The S4 is selling for 199$
Forget about streaming, use the cloud services for backup. Again,I really doubt ppl would need more than 64GB memo onboard. Coming from a MAXX u will def see a difference, but I have long distances to travel as well,n i never had major problems w/that. As for the Camera, I was referring the "opinion" to depending on what kind of images the consumer would use. If its for social media uploads, then HTC One's brings up competition to the market. If the camera is used for prof. use, then buy a DSRL
Instead of focusing on external storage, I would like to see a phone putting a strong emphasis on internal storage. Something that is at least 32gb or greater. Because with Android 4.x they did away with allowing the ability to free up extra space by moving apps to the SD card
Jon, when you are switching phones primarily Android. How do you transfer your contacts and data? Is there an iCloud equivalent for Android? The one thing I love about my iPhone 4 is iCloud.

No money what so ever, I just really like them, they are amazing, you clearly never even saw one of their videos, or taken a full course, I'm currently learning Unity with their course, it's been great! Before I learned a lot about photography, iOS programming, Android, video editing, Photoshop and much more. Though I don't think they have one on how to be a nice person on the internet, so I guess you don't need them.
What about messaging data? On Android how do you create a back up (like an iPhone on iTunes). I have a nexus 7 so i haven't needed to do this yet. But i'm looking at getting a HTC one. I just don't want to lose all my data, it takes a long time to get it all back. Thanks
I would definitely wait till Google I/O before buying a smart phone. Who knows how many more features key lime pie will feature and the nexus 5(I'm guessing) may be miles ahead when it comes out.

I like the HTC one but I'm going to order the Galaxy S4. I want the bigger screen, I like the how colorful Super Amoled is. Plus the bigger battery and expandable storage.

look on the second hand on this top phones. will save you tons. its usually people who haven't done a research before buying one who sell their phones.
I recommend HTC One because the front speaker, after i got the nexus 10. i don't want to want to go back back speaker anymore. but there are backup battery that are great.
The HTC One (2300 mAh) has a smaller battery than the Galaxy S4 (2600 mAh). The HTC One does NOT have removable battery, the Galaxy S4 you CAN swap out batteries. Personally, I always choose a phone where I can replace the battery, even if battery life is great. You can pick up spare batteries (and battery chargers) super cheap on Ebay that work great, and you never need to plug in your phone again.
I love that the phone have a removable battery, sd, and sim. When I go off island I can buy another sim and swap it out. When I'm playing games in a bus and the batt runs low I can swap it out to a charged one. S4 all the way. When I'm bored I had lots of fun messing with the features of the phone . I own the s3 very good phone and I can't wait to get the s4.
The One seems great but im going to put it in a case since im signing a two year contract, and i feel like htc phones get left behind quickly while the S2 got jellybean. But those speakers man. Any thoughts for my benefit?
some people do have the s4... there are comparisons on youtube with the iphone the one x and other phones. and theyre not at the samsung event. theyre in the channels ussual studios :_)
I agree that the HTC One lacks the SD slot, after all, i'm against ClosedSource Products,but you can't truly argue with "IF your phone cracks", coz "IF your SD malfunctions ... "+even a Class 10 SD isn't as fast as on board memo. I still don't believe any1 would need more than 10hours period of juice. I'm a heavy user and I can always find a place to charge my phone+soon enough InductiveCharging will solve this problem with PublicCharging hotspots. As for the camera .. it's all about opinion.

htc rules, samsung sg4 also awesome. but htc has what i want which is built quality, speakers and screen. samsung has more features that i wont probably use. 64gb on the one is more than enough memory and battery is very decent. and low light camera shot better on the htc.

1) I really doubt any one would use more than 64Gb of memory on a phone, and if u do, u can always use a cloud system. 2) do you seriously walk around with a spare battery in your pocket? you can just plug in ur phone any where for a charge + do you really use your phone for more than 10hours shift? 3) it's 4MP using wide lens. Learn more about it then come argue. 4) Wana take such professional pic ? buy ur self a DSLR 5) Yes quality is WAY higher than Samsung's + price is the same(unlocked)

Well HTC one has got looks but also powerful software, specs and performance.
