Thank you for not telling us the epic tale of how the visor clip got broken and the pain and suffering involved in replacing it. Straight to the point! You Rock!
Thank you so much for sharing this!! I had no idea it was so easy to change out the broken sun visor clip and was afraid I would damage the padded roof of my car. Thanks again!
This worked perfectly on my 2001 Honda CR-V. I love that I asked a car friend to help me and he was going to bust the clip out, so I sent him on his way. Then I looked up your video and did the repair myself in less than 60 seconds, as promised. Thanks, dude!
This is the last place I was thinking on finding help for my car, but it really helped. I love your bike tutorials and the calm way you and your elbow grease find ways to do your thing. Keep the great job.
THE most clear and concise video on TH-cam... Thank you so much. Others would have taken 15 minutes to explain that you did on one minute. I have a Nissan, but the clip is the same, which I saw on your thumbnail. I am also a bike enthusiast and wrench on my own bikes so will definitely subscribe if this is the level of clarity I can expect.
THANK YOU!!! I kept trying to push the "key hole", then pry the clip off but stopped long enough to check you tube. You saved me a lot of aggravation. Such an easy fix.
big time saver. was going to spend money to have honda fix with whatever special tool was required to get the clip off so i can put on the one i bought on ebay. wow,,,thanks tons
Thanks for your information on installing a visor clip on Honda Accord. I really appreciate it. I have a broken visor clip on my driver side, and with your help, it was easy and sample, the way you just showed in your video. Thanks!
Thank you! I knew to put a screw driver in the notch to release it, but didn't know about turning it 90 degrees. No wonder it wouldn't come off. Thanks again!
Thank you *very* much. I was able to find the part at a very good price, as you did, but then I couldn't figure out how to install it. I was worried I'd have to have a specialist remove the headliner or whatever it's called. I really, really appreciate your posting this. I'd buy you a cup of coffee if I could.
Thanks so much for posting! I am not very mechanically inclined and thought it would be a night mare but I was able to remove it lightning quick! Thanks again!
Thank you! Big help, nice brief and informational video! My mother was thinking this was going to be harder and more expensive than it really is, and I showed her your video- she watched the whole thing with me! The whole minute ^_^ thanks again!
People who dislike this have no brain. This saved me...my daughter has been driving around with her dumb visor hanging here and there...would drive me crazy enough to just replace it!! Easy thnks again.
2008 Honda Fit owner here...snapped both a year ago and also thought Id have to dismantle the roof to change. Thank you. If I could, I'd bake you cookies.
Thank you for this. I broke my clip yesterday and I panicked thinking it would cost big money. Especially as I'm planning to sell car ASAP. Will try this and report back, thanks
Thanks for this video. That tab was a bit difficult pushing in. I started with a standard, small flat head, but then switched to an offset screwdriver which had a thicker head. It was still hard pressing that tab in, but I got it. I've owned a 1990 and 1995 Honda with over 250,000 miles and currently own a 2004 Honda with 257,000 miles. NEVER had this problem with any of those cars. Did Honda change the way they manufactured these visors for the 7th gen? Got mine at BK Honda for $125 (including tax). This is a fair amount of money for something that shouldn't have failed after 10 years (on my 2014 Honda Accord).
Aaaah, you've got to *rotate* it! I've been struggling to pop it straight out for the last several minutes, it never occurred to me to twist the thing!
This was a great help! Fixed the sun visor for my wife, but wish you were there when I mistakenly chose gray Instead of beige! Oh well, the car is a mess anyway!
Thank you!!- almost 10 years after you posted this lol. You and others who educate us about simple car fixes have a special place in my heart ❤️

Thank you for posting this, we just changed mine out. I was so sacred that I was gonna poke a hole in the headliner, but this saved me! Thanks again!
