All of these work-outs are using much of knees so please do take account of caring knees. Don't do overwork all at once as you can increase bit by bit. Saying this, you don't have to do it everyday ; We need time for muscles to recover for growing up. Injury while doing workout is the worst enemy (than accident). And after this, also use form roller or tennis ball to smoothen muscles for tomorrow. :)
