      see my comments and hope helps. You are correctly insightful on the morality and social conscience. Doctors sell and dispense pharmaceuticals; it's heir job. they go on very nice 5 star 'conferences" for a week taking family all for free and merely :pay" listening to a couple of hours sales pitch for a new expensive drug they are motivated to peddle. I know this from direct experience in the industry. Look at Agenda 21 and if not already; try to wake up. My suggestions are free; my reward is "selfish" satisfaction in maybe helping others.

      @@phenogen8125 I know you wrote that 2 years ago, but I was recovering from breast implant illness and mold toxicity. It seems I’ve heard of Agenda 21, and I’m going to look it up. It’s a shame that functional medicine isn’t covered by insurance and the tests are so expensive. I’m broke because of my illnesses. I had to retire from my teaching career, lost friends and family, had to move out of my condo that was a WDB, and pay for my own operation to remove my implants! To add insult to injury, I developed a 50% deadly chest wall infection frim the hospital where I had my surgery, and since they didn’t believe I was in so much pain, they gave me 1 Tylenol at emergency! I couldn’t breathe because of the pain, and my incision festered, so they did a culture which turned out to be pseudomonas aeriginosa, even though I was on two antibiotics all that time!

      @@phenogen8125 I am responding to say the same! I've had ME/CFS since childhood. Of course misdiagnosed/unvalidated for years. I have continually tried to figure out the best diet. I did them all with varying results. Mediterranean vegetarian etc etc period in my quest for better health. I even did Adkins about 30 years ago and felt it was better but had so many other issues going on I fell off. Finally about 7 years ago I started Keto heavy with vegetables and spinach. That really helped but finally a year-and-a-half ago I started carnivore. All I can say is I wish I had tried that years ago. I thought it sounded way too radical. I also do OMAD with an occasional extra meal of scrambled eggs. I use organic grass-fed ground beef with high fat content split into patties which I broil in the oven cutting down on Grease in my kitchen. I also add a slice of good cheese at the end to melt. I eat as much as I want. However I notice I am continually satiated so I don't eat as much. It works for me. No inflammation. Less brain fog. Less pain. More energy. Sleep well. More "even" mood.
      Just my personal experience.

    Unfortunately not too many people can afford to see a functional medical doctor. My friend had a stomach issue that MDs could not fix, she went to functional medicine drs and spent over $10,000. Yes her problem did get fixed, took almost a year plus three different doctors two functional and an allergist.
    Her most expensive test cost $2000. None of these bills were covered by insurance. That was the one that finally found the bug in her stomach. Now she is finally being treated for the correct thing and is slowly improving.
    Why have insurance if it doesn't cover these kinds of problems. Diseases are getting so complicated of late you need both types of doctors. How many people are not being helped because they can't pay out of pocket!

      Hi! I am totally passionate about sharing the info about eden energy medicine to help people get well.
      Here is the info:
      Whether the CFS/ME has been for 9 months, 2 years or several years these are the steps you can take
      to empower yourself. There are 3 steps to take:
      1: The Daily Energy Routine is the baseline. 10 mins a day morning, noon & night (or more!). At your own pace. Gently & with compassion.
      th-cam.com/video/N8aTJ4U-Az8/w-d-xo.html (I recorded this one without a mic so you can click 'cc' bottom right for subtitles if needed)
      Paying particular attention to the Homolateral re-patterning explained in this video:
      th-cam.com/video/wKNHgQGwAMU/w-d-xo.html&t
      & the Hook-Up move as shown in the Daily Routine video. Do this as often as possible for longer.
      2: The Neurolymphatic massage is a key way to move toxins through the body: do these am & pm or a few each time throughout the day.
      th-cam.com/video/mnjIUvcCTPg/w-d-xo.html
      3: Finally it is all about the balance between your fight or flight response (called triple Warmer) calming & balancing this & strengthening Spleen.
      th-cam.com/video/8dQJvx8Z6rg/w-d-xo.html
      th-cam.com/video/MWYxN-Q2qEo/w-d-xo.html
      th-cam.com/video/pRFM_6c4IDY/w-d-xo.html
      I have done videos on calming the stress response but not a dedicated Spleen video yet. Strengthening Spleen is really important.
      Donna Eden's Energy Medicine book can give you more info.
      Over 250, 000 people have bought this book in 18 different languages.
      I will be adding more videos :-)
      Any questions let me know. Blessings, Nicola x

      You're not going to get a solution on a TH-cam video. The cause has to be found first. Were you listening when he mentioned 5 different causes? And there are more than just those. You can't cheap your way around a diagnosis, just because you don't feel like paying for proper care.

    I was desperate, but now I am great. This spring I stopped buying any food from grocery stores. I went to local, organic farmers markets. I bought all my dairy, eggs, meat, fruit and vegetables from them. Since it was real food, 2 things. 1) it was a little bit more expensive 2) Real food kept me full longer, so I actually ate less, hence in the long run, spent less. Week 1 was HARD, as my body went through a withdrawal of all the sugar and processed food, week 2 was okay, week 3 was good, by week 4 I was GREAT! I am dreading this winter when my farmers markets close down, I have found the solution, I just don't know how to keep it going... Maybe I need to move south where farmers markets are open 12 months a year?

      my only remedy so far has been to grow my own, if its just for one then it takes very little space for a balcony garden to grow the essential greens. You could also look at getting them couriered to you. Ask those people at the farmers market what they do in the off-season to feed themselves good food - they may have the answer.

    One other thing that’s never talked about but it’s coming into awareness more is the electromagnetic frequencies or EMFs. These can antagonize many of the symptoms as well and directly caused many other issues so there are some devices on the market I’m still researching, so I can’t recommend anything here. There’s a lot of snake oil, sales people out there to selling bogus devices, but there are a few that work from what I understand. I had been suffering from chronic fatigue for the last 2 years after covid. I was unable to function in my work as a real estate agent. I found myself requiring frequent daily naps and needing to conserve energy for afternoon showing appointments. I started seeing a naturopathic doctor this year, and one of the supplements she prescribed was colloidal silver - besides the vitamins etc. I had never heard about ingesting silver before - so I went down this rabbit hole researching it. I came out the rabbit hole discovering sovereign copper and also Morley Robbins book - Cure Your Fatigue - best health book I've read! Before seeing the naturopathic doctor my energy levels were around 40-50%. A month after seeing her, it went to around 55-65%. The following month after following the protocol in the book together with the supplements from my dr (there was an overlap) my energy levels are now around 75-85% and still improving...... and I sleep so much better!! I hope this helps someone out there suffering from fatigue, It certainly helped me!!!!

I finally ordered a blood test by Cyrex Labs that checks multiple autoimmune markers and found I had elevated antibodies to intrinsic factor. In a lot of cases, it is likely that chronic-fatigue is an autoimmune disease. I have tried tons of supplements, Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, hypoallergenic diet, had my mercury amalgam removed, practice meditation and yoga, etc. While some of it may have been/is helpful to a certain extent (I'm alive and not in the hospital), I still have unrelenting fatigue. Until there are specific medical treatments for autoimmune-based chronic fatigue, I don't see how supplements can do much. It's hard to treat a disease that science still knows very little about.

My CFS was triggered by almost EVERYTHING I ate... certainly anything not paleo + keto (basically fresh organic fruits and veggies and grass fed meat are all I could have). Within 3 weeks of starting LDN, I could eat normal foods again! After 4 or 5 months, the LDN seemed to start causing sleep / wake issues (common when you're on the wrong dose). I got off of a month later and remained symptom free for YEARS! Right up until I took Ashwaganda Root to try it... it re-triggered the autoimmune condition and now I'm back to struggling with food. Sadly, you can only get this through a functional medicine Dr... but going in armed can let LDN be your first line of attack for CFS if you can't afford tests. The medicine is only $60 / 90 day supply. Dosing doesn't change the price, but trying to take it 2x daily doubles the price. You may need a slightly higher dose. My friend (male) needs 4.5 MG to keep his sarcoidosis at bay.

    Completely amazed at the negative comments.
    What do you expect in a FREE 3-minute video?
    ✅ He said find and address YOUR root issues, which obviously may be different for everyone.
    ✅ He said it’s not merely psychological which implies find an approach and a health care provider who understands that.
    ✅ He mentioned a blog/ link with more resources.
    Ingratitude will never get you there… it will never spawn healing to be critical of rather than willing to work with what’s given. If you want more, then hire him. But why complain over what you aren’t paying for?
    “If you are complaining in this moment, then you should have been finding your own solution 5 minutes ago.”
    Fix your attitude so you can heal your body and life. Pardon my directness but it’s exhausting the negative energy people put out in public spaces as if it’s healing for themselves or anyone else. Not every thought needs to be voiced or even entertained. Ask yourself - “Is this thought healing to me and the space of people where I’m interjecting it?”
    I wish the complaining commenters would consider deleting their comments so people can stop coming into agreement with it as if it’s helping them or the world to blossom, and go round, or any of us to heal. All it’s doing is adding to the negative energy and chaos that impedes people’s clarity and clear paths to healing.
    If you’re trying to heal, there is a book: “You Can’t Afford the Luxury of a Negative Thought.” Make it a mantra. It may change your life.
    Everyone is entitled to their “opinion“ whether it is helpful to their own healing or not. But maybe try positivity, so the answers and healing you need and seek can come to you and everyone else around you.
    Dr. Hyman owes you nothing. No one in this world owes you anything. But you owe it to put yourself in a frame of mind to draw to yourself what can help heal you and by extension upgrade the sum total energy in the world so we all can heal. Maybe instead of immediately criticizing, pause, and ask yourself “Let me think. Let me be creative. How could this information possibly help me or someone I know?”
    The medical systems can be deeply flawed, and in many ways, not particularly helpful to people with CFS, chronic pain etc… But guess what? So are you if you’re walking around with these entitled attitudes.“ Help yourself. Help someone else. Just be quiet if you can’t affirm. It’s not like he said anything untrue or not factual that needed to be corrected.
    Giving in to the worst of ourselves while others try to help with free video information and education solves nothing. It just proves how likely one is to remain sick. Negative vibes are contagious and toxic. Positive vibes are contagious and tonic. You get to choose what you put out in the world and that’s exactly what will come right back to you.
    Stop complaining… so you can find the answers you need and heal. Or keep being sick and critical of others’ work and attempt at helping you.
    This wasn’t particularly revelatory or new information for me either. But it reminded me to ensure that root causes are being addressed and not just symptoms pacified. I’m grateful for the reminder.
    Hold a positive and kind frame of mind. So YOU can heal. Resist the urge to blurt out that which isn’t helpful to or healing anyone… Not even you.

      @@kathrynmary955 Thanks for your advice :) sadly i have tried all above supplements and many more in different rotations along along with a variety of diets, and while they have all helped a little, it is still only slight changes in symptoms not the primary cause. I will be trying antivirals next which i have high hopes for after recent published studies.

    • @kathrynmary955
      @kathrynmary955 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      kviss I hope that works for you! And honestly I say I’m better but it’s relative... when I take all of my supplements and follow my practice every day I feel great but if I skip a day I feel like crap again. Maintenance is key for me. I also learned that a lot of doctors believe that PTSD causes CFS. I can see how that is true for me! I experienced severe trauma and stress at one point in my life and my fibromyalgia began a couple of months into that. Then a year later the CFS started. I’ve also had PTSD the entire time. Doctors say that PTSD keeps your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight mode) active so your parasympathetic (relaxation, digestion, detoxification) can’t operate like it’s supposed to and this causes a wide range of symptoms. I take Xanax daily for anxiety (that I primarily feel on a physical level) and that also helps me stay out of fight or flight mode so my parasympathetic mode can operate effectively. I hope I get to a point where I don’t need all of the supplements. Maybe it will take a few years of keeping my parasympathetic nervous system continually operating without stress! Also I bought a “huggable massager” which is a stuffed animal that vibrates, for back pain, while the vibration wasn’t enough for deep tissue massage I realized it’s perfect for lymphatic drainage! So I’ve been spending maybe an hour a day applying it to my lymph nodes, the main lymphatic pump right under my breastbone, and paying attention to where I notice pain (indicative of blocks in the lymphatic system) and it helps so much! I feel soooo much better and more energetic after I do that! Especially when I do it following the msm treatment which activated my detoxification system so much that it actually causes anxiety (like my bloodstream is being flooded with toxins emptying into it). The lymphatic drainage takes care of that icky detoxification feeling like a pro! Hope this helps :) wishing you wellness! You deserve it!

      yep; all those. Have you tried the epsom salt and olive oil liver flushes? (Andreas Moritz) If not well worth that toilet humour. Colonic hydrotherapy also has value especially as insurance against severe compromise post flush infection complications. I lost over 1 kilo of mostly dark green "stones" (est 3000) as attested by loss of weight (that remained stable) afterwards. Made biggest (ongoing) resolution of CFS. Liver congestion is probably the underestimated critical issue to most disease. After a full year of strict keto and carni the flush amazed. The proponents of keto/carni also suffer dogmatic belief they have all the answers. That is not true; we merely have varied levels of ignorance and expertise. I even gave away my precious two century old calvados; so resolutely committed to liver regeneration and recovery. You have to take ownership of your own health and destiny and empower yourself with knowledge so you can make informed choices. Guess you already realise all sugar and highbrix fruit is toxic. This video didnt really say anything i didnt already know. Yes, you have to find your own personal root causes for your CFS. But most people with CFS cant afford a million tests and natural therapy doctors bills to do that, so we end up in a loop we cant get out of.
    I found selective high dose vitamins are helping me a lot with my brain fog which has finally lifted after 30 years, no more depression at all! And I'm going through the physical events that occurred at the time surrounding my getting sick.
    I was given the equivalent of 5 courses of antibiotics for glandular fever which the GP called tonsillitis without ANY testing whatsoever. That made me incredibly allergic to yeast, as antibiotics are made from yeast. I couldnt take b vitamins or multivitamins (as they have b vitamins in them) or fortified cereals. So i believe i became chronically deficient in most b vitamins, which recent supplementing has helped enormously. I also believe i have been chronically malnourished generally as a result of that. I also identify not eating salt or seafood = iodine deficiency which when i can afford the supplementing regime I'm hoping will sort out a great number of symptoms, from weight gain to swollen neck/thyroid glands to hair loss to breast cysts. I also need to go on HRT asap to address chronic lack of sleep from menopause plus all other symptoms importantly bone health.
    But that's my own personal journey and of course wont apply to everyone with CFS.
    But HIGH dose vitamins helped me the most and in the quickest time. Oh i should mention that after 20 years i finally stopped being allergic to yeast. This is not uncommon and is the reason why children often grow out of even peanut allergies as adults. Give it 20 years, you might not be allergic after that.
    Dr Eric Berg is a nutritional science expert on TH-cam he helped me the most i have to say. His videos get to the point and are very easy to understand. I'm not meaning to take away from this doctor's channel but as i said, most people who are sick chronically have already used up all their money trying to get better with doctors and naturpoaths etc who dont really get to the root cause without $10,000 worth of visits and testing. It's a real shame but when you lose your livelihood that's simply out of reach of most people.
    I wish everyone with CFS a speedy recovery, myself included. But for me, i dont even need an anti-Candida diet anymore, for 20 years the yeast infection was small but the allergy was extreme so i ate ZERO sugar, super strict anti-Candida diet but i only got rid of the severe abdominal pain, not the extreme fatigue or brain fog. Megadosing of vitamins is what helps me the most, even more than an ultra pure diet ever did.

    55 years ago I was a medical student almost a MD in 3 universities in France. I had several symptoms first : cfs verdigo when standing more than one hour and I had to be seated to feel better and no fatigue when lying , no appetite , no saliva in a dry mouth , with gums sensitive and bleeding slightly ; when eating I had to use water in the place of saliva and if I swallowed as everybody I was vomitting keeping my mouth closed any way not to show it ! or I had to masticate much longer to swallow without reflux !! depression , pain between shoulders at night and had to walk 5 minutes to get total relief then 2 hours later it came back so I had to stand up and walk again 5 minutes to get total relief again so this happened regularly for 4 to 5 times every night without exception and this sleeping problem lasted 10 years and yet my sleep was good and profound and breathing well while lying ; sciatica from time to time increasing in cold and each time when walking along ocean side to see my parents during vacations !! very difficult breathing when standing !!! this was my situation 55 years ago. I saw several medical professors and doctors and the diagnostics were not hopeful and rather despairing and I did not get any result or improvement and I was desperate as you can imagine !! I tried everything possible all kinds of therapies including strange and not known ways and yet no results .!! then I became indifferent about life not expecting anything anymore ! and I gave my life back to God to decide !! accepting whatever happen !! then upon my mother acquaintance recommendation I saw a chiropractor !! never heard about this kind of doctor !! so anyway I was dying !! I had doubts that he could do anything to help me since all my medical professors and doctors could not do anything for me !! any way I had nothing left to loose !! so you cannot believe and so do I at that time !!! now do you hear me I have been healed of all these symptoms !!! I was crying of joy !! and I thought many people need to know the truth now !! I quit medecine and I went to Los Angeles to become a chiropractor and graduated in June 1967 .I practiced in several countries for 40 years and now retired !! of course medecine is helpful in certain conditions and depending the cases of individuals. so each profession is helpful and if necessary when no results it might be useful to try other ways . in other occasions medecine saved my life also about 15 years ago I had pain in the chest walking just 500 meters then it was just 300 meters then every 200 or 50 meters ( I stopped each time and the Pain was disappearing ) then I saw my medical Doctor he found lack of iron and after a few days I was normal again but I was scared to death at the beginning being almost sure it was the heart !! now I am fine !! thanks to medecine and chiropractic and God who give me inspiration to do the right thing at he right time and helping my fellows
    men and women !!

    Chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic fatigue are two seperate things. CFS is a complicated chronic illness that affects multiple systems in the body while chronic fatigue can be a consequence of other underlying issues. You had chronic fatigue because of an underlying treatable cause which made your chronic fatigue go away. CFS however is a multi-system disease that is mostly uncurable and untreatable to a large extent because of its complexity.

    I like this speaker. But he seems unaware of Dr. Jarred Younger's findings that Chronic Fatigue is caused by brain inflammation. For most of us this is caused by a high-sugar, high-carb diet. Talking about mercury poisoning and mold allergies is interesting, but the vast majority of people suffering from CF just need to go on a keto diet!

    • @arnoheens7900
      @arnoheens7900 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Is an elimination diet similar, would it also work ? So still fruit but no gluten dairy eggs soy legumes processed foods or refined sugars but just meat and fruit and coconut oil and olive oil… because to me that seems sustainable but keto not really ?

    • @widehotep9257
      @widehotep9257 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@arnoheens7900 You can have certain low-sugar fruit on keto in limited quantities, such as strawberries. Also, you can do Keto most of the time, but cheat for a weekend every month while still enjoying the health benefits. This isn't a perfect approach, but many people do it.
      I'm not a diet expert, but Dr. Younger's research shows that brain inflammation causes chronic fatigue, and that most inflammation is caused by sugars and high-carb foods. Good luck!

    I took natural testosterone,1 injection in my thigh every two weeks.i felt real good energy,strength,and mood.the same day after the 4 th shot I got an anxiety attack and their had to flush out the testosterone,and I used 3 bags of drips.now up to 100 sessions of tai chi started may11 this year,but the hormones worked a lot better and quicker.ill be going back to see the doctor and talk through things totally.he probably has to tweak the dosage as natural hormones are extremely strong.he may have to work on my neurotransmitters as well,I’ll see? Do you deal with hormones at all? What do you think about testosterone for chronic fatigue symptom

    • @ssv679
      @ssv679 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Omfg… one shot every 2 weeks? That’s terrible! Your testosterone levels are high the first 7 days then plummet for 7 days never being constant… I hope you know fluctuating hormones are a huge cause of anxiety, and a range of other problems from acne to mood swings. Please seek another doctor and educate your self, there’s alot of good information on youtube regarding TRT
      Your doctor has no idea how to prescribe testosterone. A good clinic will have you on a every 3.5 days inject at home protocol.

    I have the same problem. I get my blood work done every three months to know where I’m at what I’m in deficiency of magnesium is something is deficient in magnesium is the beginning of life. It is one of the big things nitric oxide you need to read about and understand, this is the second part of life. These first two things you have to have to start to get your energy back. There is plenty more things you have to do cover the rest of your deficiencies stay away from mouthwash, fluoride toothpaste these both kill your nitric oxide. I wish I could tell you I’m 100% now, but not quite there, there’s a big argument over food eat steak only eat vegetables only from my experience you need them both. I typically eat one steak a week top around because it’s chewable but does have some fat if you get a ribeye there’s too much fat it will affect your eyes only use my doctor for the blood work would never take blood pressure medicine as they don’t even understand, when you talk to them, they don’t even know what nitric oxide is such a crazy world. I wish you the best. This guy is good. He can help you. They problem is money same as me when you don’t have the energy to work a job it really limits you with what you get done, I just turned 60 in used to be so healthy could do anything my problem was I listen to my Doctor Who I trusted. It’s pretty bad for me now, but I know better than to take the stuff they give me. I just need the blood work.

      There have been a couple promising studies done on the use of antivirals for ME/CFS. These antivirals are aimed at targeting the reactivation of predominantly CMV, HHV, and Epstein Barr Virus. Considering most cases of CFS are reported after getting EBV (glandular fever) it makes sense to a lot of doctors and has indeed helped ALOT of patients. If anyone is on the brink of giving up i urge them to explore this avenue.

    If you had mercury poisoning, then I assume that your problem was treatable. So if that was the cause of your Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, there must have been biomarkers.
    If you have ME Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, there are, as yet, no biomarkers. Yes, research is ongoing at many Universities such as Stanford, San Jose U, Uppsala in Sweden, among many others. But those are the ones I have read about. I am familiar with some of the researchers.
    There is no cure. Some people do recover. I was fortunate to have recovered after 4 years of being bed bound. But it is taking a few years to get back to pre CFS state. Before I had it, I was extremely active. I was a regular lane swimmer and did aqua aerobics. I had been a swimming teacher at age 48 and 49. I achieved my NLS Lifeguard at 49. I took tap dancing, I did a ballet video regularly that was very difficult, I used to ice skate in the winter, which I loved so much.
    Then slowly, I began to cut back on my activities over a few years, until I was unable to do anything.
    Many people I have read about who have ME CFS were serious professional athletes.
    There is a 27% suicide rate among people with ME CFS because of so many years of being isolated, losing their children and feeling useless. It is truly not a life.
    What you had is nothing like that.

    • @phenogen8125
      @phenogen8125 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I concur; this guy never spent weeks in bed and never had post-exertion malaise. As he said but failed to comprehend he had heavy metal poisoning as the main instigator of his fatigue without the physiological or neurological markers. There is a good body of evidence that indicates CFS is the result of a weaponised virus hence the alternative name of "Gulf War Syndrome". It's also linked to banned organo phosphates used particularly by Ecuador to this day as well as ROUNDUP now in cereals and grains everywhere..
      What I can constructively recommend in my attempts at resolution is to adopt (at least try) strict ketogenic and or carnivore one meal a day strategy eaten around mid day. No sugar, no glycemics, no processed foods, only low glycemic and very limited cruciferous mainly carbs. No blue light or wi-fi exposure particularly after sunset; sleep 10pm to 6am+. Regular prolonged fasting (I mostly do 3 days every 2 weeks but do deliberately up calories (more grass fed/game meat) then can fast longer. I closely monitor my weight on good digital scales for maintenance regulation. Longest fast 40 days (had a certain biblical resonance) had biggest benefit from severe autophagy and visible parasite discharges and loss of gut biome overgrowth. (Lost all my fat and then lost muscle as not fat enough-20kg lost; 10 kg muscle regained since) Then I found out about Andreas Moritz "liver flush" and kidney detoxes. I really had low expectations but quantified I had and removed 1 kg of liver bile duct blockages (4000 "stones") totally compromising my whole system. I'd suggest everyone find out about that flush as every one is now sick and compromised even if they are not in the chronic collapse state of CFS. I have had post-graduate CFS physiological research done on me that attests I had definitive severe CFS (ameliorating currently and hoping for complete remission as my liver regenerates). Of note is my maintenance calories were 40% of calculated requirement; this may in fact be an easy method to indicate CFS as it demonstrates the rematobilising of body is slowed by the condition (hence PEM) reducing maintenance requirement. That my calorific intake following partial liver regeneration has increased, (60%) to me is what I perceive as an indicator of health compromise level. Experts are merely people who do not recognise the depths of their ignorance; most tend to have limited expertise and make the mistake of believing they have adequate and definitive authority of that subject; become dogmatically zealous ; yet wrong. The more one finds out the more one truly determines the depths of ignorance and the vast amount of potential knowledge not yet assimilated. I hope this can help anyone with cfs from a personally informed perspective of over a decade of severe cfs. CFS is a very serious health condition; should not be so flippantly discussed and simplified as to potential causation and treatment. It defies the might of medical expertise and having spent a huge amount on attempts at private resolution it is somewhat salutary that it was solely myself who determined constructive methodology and investigation and instigated it; power of the net and the huge amount of feedback from comments on TH-cam key. Sorry, I have yet to meet a "medical professional" doctor that I can in any way respect as they all seem to be intellectually deficient big Pharma sales people masking symptoms but never curing or preventing. When they grasp a simple facet they perceive it as authoritative and never look holistically at the synergistic truth. Lack of intellect really does frustrate insight. Try my methodology; might and I hope that it can help. CFS is not something to trivialise.
