I use all tips except #5 My issue is that my teen doesn't apologize and thinks her reactions are not disrespectful. She usually reacts passive agressive. I understand because that's how I used to be and model; but i always apologized. I’ve changed, and she gets so upset if I use polite words like: May i please instead of "could I"
