The Compassionate Engagement Modules are a series of videos about stigma and discrimination experienced by People Who Use Drugs (PWUD). They are designed to engage PWUD and the people who provide services to them (health care providers, frontline service providers, managers, and leadership).
The Compassionate Engagement Modules provide an opportunity for PWUD and providers to learn from each other’s perspectives, develop solutions and practice compassionate care, effective communication, and self-advocacy.
This video was created as part of the Peer2Peer (P2P) project which aims to identify, implement and evaluate peer/ experiential worker-led support interventions that would be valuable and effective for peers/ experiential workers.

How about " hey... would you mind wearing long sleeve shirts at work? We can help you grab a few to get you started."
I was super self conscious about marks from using on my body. They were everywhere though. Legs, arms, hands,. ankles, neck. Alot of bruises , more so than typical track marks. And i would always cover up even during the hot summer weather. Sucked.
Much better now that i dont worry about that stuff anymore..😊
