5-13 = [ 21 ] Speed- up
5-15 = [ 22 ] Speed- down

It's Freezes the actual reference, which is now the
point of enable/condition for [21] Speed up and [22] Speed down to be used.

First you have to factory reset your drive and then, enter the parameters.
