This video will be total renovation cost breakdown of my HDB BTO 2 Room Flexi renovation.
Kindly note that this was 5 years ago in the year 2018 (before covid time).

Hi congratulations on your new home. Look good overall. Your living room mood can be changed for the better if maybe you could consider using a different curtain color than blue? A color that will compliment with the yellow wall. May I find out did you opt for any ocs renovation package from the HDB? If yes, are you happy with the options you opt for? During my time, there is no such thing as OCS renovation package.

If you choose the ocs package provided by hdb, then yes, everything is done for you. Else, you have to find reno company to do.
