Nowadays seems many young generation loves applying for 2 room BTO rather than 3 | 4 | 5 rooms. Ofc prices is the main issue & perhaps easier to design & cheaper in reno cost. Great idea💡 single or purely couples shd be 👍🏼

My up coming 40sqm 2 room BTO living room is slightly smaller than his living room, but I intend to buy a table for my living room and I notice there is a big white four seater dining table in the living area there, what is the measurement like? 122cmX61cmX74cm or 182cmX74cmX74cm?

2 room BTO cannot have kids because no place for kids to sleep - need at least 3 room minimum. Unless the couple don't want kids is ok. I bought a 45sqm 2 room BTO as a single because I don't intend to have kids, the most 2 person can stay with a queen size bed and double wardrobe. Still, living in a 2 room flat is very claustrophobic because the living area is very small - feels like living in a hotel room.
