HDB BTO 2 Room Flexi 38sqm Apartment Tour(after 5 years)

It has been 5 amazing years since I moved in here.
I tried optimizing every inch of my home, and indeed there have been changes since the first time i moved in here (if you have watched the first home tour years ago, you would notice some changes).
Here, i also shared a bit of my personal advice for anyone who is getting a new BTO home (what i don't recommend doing for renovation, eg. suspended TV console and feature wall).
Hope this video can provide some form of guide, insight or even inspiration, especially for those of you who are getting your first BTO apartment.

My tv’s wall looks similar to ur tv rack 🤩
Ur house still well maintained after five yrs 👍. Mine is two yrs plus, most regret is never changed the flooring as HDB flooring get stains easily. Also main door, tried to clean with and without detergent, neither can get rid of stains 😰

Bathroom and kitchen windows have black marks on the edges, what is the cause?

That's not black marks. It's mosquito netting.

You are using unconventional color - Yellow and Blue which is stark contrasting color that breaks up the space into small pieces. It also amplifies the structure of the house which many people tried to hide. Will neutralising the paint color makes the house look bigger and flow seamlessly? I believed it is individual preferences.
