depending on the BTO project. this one is under the PPVC scheme, living room and bedroom flooring is done by HDB. if want to change the flooring, you would be spending money to remove the existing flooring. in these projects, the only Options Component Scheme is those elderly friendly features and for short lease 2rm(for elderly) kitchen cabinets, bedroom wardrobe, water heater. well, as a single guy, i prefer less works needed. my future 2rm at tengah, i'll just be getting kitchen cabinets and AC installed (i didnt opt in the SP centralised System)
