oneplus is not a winner, but given the price its overall killer
It is a winner overall including with the price... Compare these phone in reality it's different from what you watching on TH-cam... Try to find someone with a one plus, plus the performance is way better than any phone brands out there
@@j.g8957 Only difference is with camera performance and little bit of quality issues, rest of the things OP12 is solid
Exato, entrega qualidade bem próximo dos rivais, porém pela metade do preço.
My mom has the 24 ultra and i have the op12, in terms of camera the s24 is better on video in photos on night is better the op12 but in daypics both are almost the same but the s24 slightly better, im happy with mine, and ai on 24 is not that good translating call phones is about 60-70 % accurate and we cant find the way to translate messages, while your tapping the messages is translating right away but i cant find the option to translate messages mins ago from the the person ur talking...
Yes bro, the phone is not just a camera. Oneplus is complete phone for much less money. And Oneplus camera looks surprisingly good to me.
OnePlus being compared here, itself shows that it has won!! 😅 Best software, best battery, best performance!!!
Lowest price 👌
Its not
It is crazy good
IMO in low light the OnePlus 12 did the best. I like how the signs in the images dont have that ugly halo effect around them
You're right, it maintains the details way better especially over the iPhone, but I think the S24 ultra was better overall...some of the low light photos of the iPhone are absolutely hideous
OnePlus 12 took some really good photos even when you said it didn't
Yah. There was some that I felt the oneplus was the clear better pi ture but He chose the iphone
Oneplus 12 📈📈📈
Stability is not good 😢 I'm using it
I know you wanted to show the extent of the zoom, but you should have taken a still shot of all phones at 25x since that is max the iphone could go. Then you could switch to the 100x zoom shots for the S24 and Open. This way we could compare everything equally.
OnePlus 🔥🔥🔥
I think I like the one plus's colour scheme the most, especially around 2:30, the other photos appear a bit too yellowish
The grass seems more natural on the Samsung tho
OnePlus 12 is the best phone.
If they could just do that little step forward with the camera, especially videos. Videos are kinda awful on the one plus. Its camera is definitely what is keeping me from buying the op12 right now.
it's camera is below average
OnePlus get the job done with half price.
For half the price op12 🔥
One plus all the way. If we compare side by side with iphone and S24U only we can't nit pick the minor things
With all other features in OP12 and the price, OnePlus is way better
Fantastic reviews. If the OnePlus had come out a couple months prior, I’d have gotten it over the iphone 15 given the price
Thank you for another great comparison! 👍
As always great video brother .
Just a note, once the Samsung ai changed the item to a table, if you did it again and selected the table, it would have removed it completely. I've been messing around with it a bunch 😆 great video !
OnePlus 12 is definitely competing this year.
For sure
Did like - Really damn useful. Thank you so much!
You didn't mention the strong point of the OnePlus. In low light shots and video the OnePlus actually had the most details and most controlled bright lights, the LED lot words in sign boards were really very well exposed on OnePlus picture and video but you didn't mention that. Why? Even the 8k video has most details and best dynamic range on OnePlus video, but that too you didn't mention.
I'm from KC too man. Just bought a oneplus 12. Dope video!
Thanks bro
I never film so I didn't watch those parts.
But regarding the photos, except when ultra zooming and having to pick the less worse picture (Samsung), I always found OP12 better, specially at night time as it keeps better colors, details and a waaaay better dynamic range.
Considering it is half the price of the Iphone, that's very impressive!
I own the Galaxy S24 Ultra and I own the OnePlus 12. I almost swear that I am addicted to the OnePlus 12. It is amazing in an unimaginable way. It takes more pictures, much better than the Galaxy. I am amazed and I use it as my main phone.
@@mohxzh4741 good to know, thanks :D !
OnePlus is half the price of these flagships. Best deal ever.
Great video thanks very informative, and I liked that you testing all functions as well. You just forgot the price difference as the OnePlus costs considerably less than the others.
Good video. Wished it was lengthier and more detailed.
Hm 🤔 you are wrong in the video, OnePlus 12 do have a cinematic mode. When you have started the video mode in the camera app, you do have a f sign in the left corner. If you enable that toggle, you do have cinematic mode......
Really helpful man thnx GBU
The front video, the iPhone smoothed out everything. The Ultra looked more natural.
wow. i am not sure why you didnt pick the one plus in low light. it was amazing.
Completely unrelated, but the lighting in your office space, like in the beginning of the video, is amazing. Not only the little lamp behind you, but also the little bit of light that's coming at you from your left (our right) is really cool. But also how your right side of your face is lit up, but the left side is still dark, even with a little bit of light reflecting off of your face
Thank you!
The OnePlus has the cinematic mode for videos, it's in the left corner when you go to video mode !
I did miss that. The OP12 does however downgrade to 1080p when you adjust the aperture, where the s24 and iPhone 15 stay at 4k.
@@CEONTHEMAKING however I think 4k in smartphones are kinda not real 4k now.1080p also can did they're 4k quality when you using log +cinematic setting modes. So usually I use cinematic mode on smartphones.
@@CEONTHEMAKINGbut I actually pretty enjoyed from your content keep going up bro🎉
Thanks bro @@phonedroid_uz
Great comparisons and content.
Thanks, Keith!
What do indoor night shots look like in OP12? I have OP9 Pro and the photos were beautiful for the first days of use, now it's hard to take a sharp photo. One more question about recording videos with zoom, are they of good quality? Or just pixels like mine?
I have a OnePlus 8pro and it’s really difficult to take clear pictures, sometimes the focus is completely lost, but it seemed to me that this was because it fell more than once and the camera’s stabilization deteriorated
Great video 👍
I've compared cameras from the S24U and 15 ProMax side by side as well. What I've found is that more often than not, the iPhone gets more detail with better dynamic range in pretty much all areas. I don't like the yellow/green tone of the iPhone's photos, but it's easily remedied, whereas getting more detail/dynamic range is not. Maybe I'll switch back to Android next year, if they can up the detail/dynamic range performance.
oneplus 12 is like a kid competing in grown up sports and still giving them tough time ,
i am using oneplus 7 pro from past 4 and half year , phone still going strong but this year i will upgrade to oneplus 12
Wait for the 13
@@xavierson795 nah i brought the 12 , and damn the phone is awesome in everyway , screen , battery , speed and even the little things like phone speaker that capable of producing bass
You said that OnePlus does not have a mode cinematicmod But it has this feature and it works perfectly
You're right. The OP12 does however downgrade to 1080p when you adjust the aperture, where the s24 and iPhone 15 stay at 4k.
Nice comparison👍
is dynamic range a mode or?
Question: The Anker MagGo device (and others like it) does charge other Qi charging devices (such as the OP12) too, doesn´t it?
Asking for a friend ;)
Keep going, good content and like you calm way of going through the stuff!
Yes it can wirelessly charge other devices, you just won't have the magnetic connection like with Iphone
Good job bro... Keep going
Great comparison, no bias. 👍
Was this comparison done after, the recent S24 Ultra camera update? 🤔
They all are just as good really. But the you get the plus much cheaper so thats a done deal right there. The Hasselblad color scheme is just too good in good conditions.
Man great job! It's my first time clicking on one of your videos. It came across very unbiased. I am now subscribed.
Much appreciated!
Pro res log is a game changer. And this is last year’s iPhone competing with 2024 tech and still holding its own
I think you should include the sensor size in the specs
what about 480fps with the oneplus 12?
Was the one plus have latest firmware update that just came out?
More updates coming to
More updates coming to
Thanks!
OnePlus is really taking good photos also 💗💗
I have no interest, even if I had the money, to buy a 1k or more phone just to get great video and pictures. OnePlus has it all for less, even if it isn't perfect or up to the level the Pro Max, Ultra and Pixels get. Quite frankly, I'm getting sick of people like CNET who are encouraging others to buy iPhones, Pixels and Ultra over phones like Moto and OnePlus because they don't offer what the more premium phones get. I like watching unbiased reviews. CNET is the type who sucks up to Apple all the time, they regularly put down the competition, unless it's Google or Samsung. CNET's new complaint about the OnePlus is that they're not giving five to seven years or more on OS and security updates like Apple, Samsung and Google. Again, who holds on to the main phone that long? I usually buy a new phone every three to four years. The majority do. But CNET says they're looking out for the consumer's future, which is total BS.
Agree
Agree 💯
💯 agree
Good strong comment. You made some excellent points and put them across really well. Respect.
Thank you, for being objective. Lol. I can't personally justify the price of new phones lately. I've always bought my devices used but I'm kinda stuck with ones I have to compromise on. I ended buying a OnePlus 12 coming from an LG V60. Phone still works great but wanted more battery life and a camera upgrade. I bought my LG in 2021 for $350 lol
we can change focus of potrait shot in samsung galaxy 24ultra too
Oneplus hasselblad colour science is next level
Which one was the best camera
my find x3 pro can also record videos with 10X zoom, though defo not as clear
Can someone provide insights on whether the OnePlus 12's camera is better than iPhone 7?
Between my 15 pro max and my s24U i prefer the iphone. Got a one plus on order. Really excited to compare tbh. It feels a bit like getting a pixel and being excited about the new camera lol
tbh you can't go wrong with either, as a photographer ive gone with the S24U but i always edit my pics so id be perfectly happy with either.
Just a quick correction on the portrait focus change, you can definitely change the focal point, amount of blur and type of blur after the photo has been taken on the Samsung, i think ever since the S21, they've changed the location of the setting since the last one ui but if you press the (i) info button on the photo it'll pop up. None the less great video!
Ah ok, thanks for the heads up! And I agree, if you're editing after the fact, you can't really go wrong.
But there are many pictures where one plus is the best and some of the video. He never compared them equally he always had the OnePlus for their zoomed in
The ability to circle and select and delete is coming to one plus as well it's already released in china
Watching this on my OP12 😌
OnePlus hands down best bang fir the buck. Well rounded phone. ❤
I've noticed that the Samsung's video is always more detailed and color accurate than the other two. Why you are not talking about this
Actually the Samsung is oversaturated in most pics...
Oneplus just out the box ❤️ Just splendid comeback
You should have been comparing each of them in the same zoom level
I would like to see mic test when recording very loud sounds, such as concerts with strong and loud bass. Personally, as far as I tested, Iphone truly has the best recording very loud sounds, than goes Samsung. Than, sadly, I cannot test OP12 since noone has it. I have OP Nord 2, and the sound recording of very loud sounds is terrible, hardly usable. But the Nord 2 is not a flagship, so it is acceptable. But, I'm interested into OP12... Can anyone send me an test video from concerts or festivals? :')
Oneplus did well, but Imho if you value pics and videos, at its price range, I'd opt for an IPhone 14, S23+ or Pixel 7 Pro.
Can OnePlus can has built-in recording for phone calls?
Yes. But cloud be disabled in some regions though due to regulations
As far as ai those ai features are courtesy of google which could come at a cost later
The 8k pic of the dinosaur is much clear and brighter than the others
Well tbh I think some of the comparsions were not really fair, like for example the front video, where the zoomed distance is quite different which also affects the lighting.
Or when u compare 100x vs 120x zoom on the statue, ofc the 120x will have less details, fair would be 100x vs 100x there.
I'd say Samsung wins overall if u don't care about the price. But if u don't have unlimited amount of money, the OnePlus 12 is actually the winner, as the differences between these 3 are pretty minimal.
ayo bro where's the pixel though 😅
You can't compare 5 time zoom to 6 time zoom you can't compare 100 time zone to 120 time zoom
SUMMARY-
if u want Low light king- Oneplus is great in photos and videos but not in pitch black environment ( in recording ) .
if u want good phone for portraits than go for Samsung (selfies too)
if u want video overall ( night also ) than u can go with iphone jst that it will not give great result in shooting glowing objects.
VIDEO- Iphone
Portrait- Samsung
Low light and Low budget- Oneplus 12 :)
You can get raw files on the OnePlus 12 also
For photos, yes. Not for video unless you use 3rd party app.
Honestly the hardware for OnePlus is all there, I feel like a quick GCam download would make it a top-tier camera
The OnePlus is the Clear winner! We're comparing this fantastic phone to mega-expensive smartphones with minuscule differences in the real world...The OnePlus 12 is the best phone.
It's already a win for OnePlus to be able to compare with phones double it's price 😂
Just look at the price bro. Discussion over here. What u r comparing and with whom. OnePlus is doing very good here 😊
Including the Pixel 8 Pro would have been cool.
If you need best camera. Go for vivo x100 or oppo find x6 pro or even honor
No one should buy iphone ar s24 ultra for camera. Its the security snd smoothness of everythig
Are you in Kansas City? ❤️
Yup!
Oboy, so small differnces, in many comparisons you made and pointed out a winner I actually thought another of the three was a winner, showing that there is so small differences that who comes out on top is very much a personal preference. Overall the best camera by a very slim margin is the Samsung followed by iPhone and last Oneplus, but boy did the OnePlus give the big boys a run for their money . It was so slim margins and so much nitpicking that the Oneplus comes out top for me because you can buy the OnePlus 12 and a very decent digital camera for the same price as just an iPhone or a Samsung.
Pretty much won’t go wrong with either of these phone. Please enjoy the phone
Nobody buys a smart phone simply based on the give or takes between the cameras although interesting. The Eco system of the brand itself and on going support etc cost of ownership are more important.
I have all three of these phones, and I feel OnePlus is more comfortable.
Why do you have 3 phones lol?
@@MightyTwin hhh,the main reason is actually the "freshness".
First you could have shown the 25x zoom of all the phones combined and then go for 100x for samsung and op
Oneplus 12 have most features that apple and Samsung have, I think you didn't explore, and Oneplus also promise to bring AI features in new update, apart from that I think all these phones have better cameras just need a better photographer who can utilise the overall these cameras to click better images, I personally saw many of the people don't take best photo with iPhone while most of the people capture better images with the budget phone, So iPhone is best on overall things but i don't like ios personally, and compare to oneplus 12, I will get all the things in this phone with much low price than iPhone and Samsung,
why not just compare 25x zoom with all
You haven't tried Oppo find X7 ultra and Vivo x100 pro, there's a whole other level, neither Samsung nor apple can do that. I now have a Samsung S24 Ultra and I am very disappointed with their cameras, although it is better than the iPhone
You're going to zoom in as much as you can the more you zoom in the more blur you're going to have. Considering the price point if you zoomed OnePlus into 100 * zoom it might be equal with Samsung
I did that at 2:06
Even OnePlus has cinematic mode. You can adjust aperture.
This is true. It drops from 4k to 1080p, though.
Oneplus charges from 0 to 100 in 20mins. Apple and samsung take ages.
One plus 12 has cinematic mode or not?
It doesn't have a dedicated mode, but you can adjust the aperture to get the same effect. Only drawback is it downgrades to 1080p.
What you should do is compare them all in 4k and then compare Samsung and OnePlus in 8k
Good
WOW 🔥
I think all are premium phones.....yes OnePlus is cheaper comparatively but still a premium phone.....at this price one would pick the best not value For money..... value for money is a mid range thing
No moving objects? 😢
Nah
U should add vivo x100 pro brother as it is the best camera phone right now
Thats to frustrating cuz they dont sell it in many countries. :D
@@serrael-182 yes sadly 😔..but u can by from online store may be
