Dare I say it……this dude ALWAYS gets me ready for the gym. I followed a few years ago and was in the game EVERYDAY doing SOMETHING….everyday. It’s been a crisp 2 years since I’ve been in the gym on a regular (health issues) and now that my spirit is unifying my physical and mental, the first thing I did after thanking God was to look up a Mike Rashida video.
