I've been the weakest version of myself this year. It hit me last week to the point where I broke down sitting in an airbnb by myself, and I made a guarantee to me that this will be the last year I'll ever be in this position. Finding your content again and signing up on the waitlist is the first of many steps back to being a higher version of me. I sat in that room, and I kept writing one thing in my book over and over for about ten pages back and front. The words that came to be was, "I know where I am going. My only focus is how I will make it there." Focus was the only word that stood out, and in that moment, it all made sense.

The VERY BEGINNING up to BEING A GOOD BOY struck me. All my life (and this is a promise) I’ve been that “Yes man” or the “gofer” ( go for this, go for that is easy explanation ) and every person has told me I’m too nice and will do anything for anyone. At first I thought it was ok considering I’m getting people to be happy, but I looked like a bitch at the end of the day. I laugh at it now because I’ve put it to the test by just bein subtle for about a week and it was a completely different attitude that came about from everyone as if they almost bowed to me ,it was different definitely. That’s when I realized that my standards, work ethic, mentality, discipline and etc where on a completely different tier they couldn’t see.

I've heard about this but at the end of the day I think it's best to avoid making exercise too serious otherwise it discourages so many people. People got to be inspired to exercise without having to really force themselves into that lifestyle. Just my opinion.

Love what you’re doing! I’m challenged sometimes by the whole conversation and running from confrontation part. Sometimes the people on the other end of the conversation are not at the same level of emotional intelligence or spiritual development and they just get angry about things that are said, especially when it’s the truth. So I think especially with my teenage kids it causes me to just leave things alone because it will just escalate into something bigger!! Idk I work on self development everyday and I like to coach people but still struggle with this! Any way keep up the positive energy! Been supporting you for a long time! BLESSINGS TO MY PEOPLE!!

Just went on a rant with my bros the other day. Society is creating some docile mfs. I always say if I don't like something I will tell you. It's so difficult to find people that stand on something. If, you stand for nothing, you fall for everything. People have constructed a soft mentality and sometimes it's by choice or by indoctrination.
