"If you are LGBT, you're most likely a female, looking for a man to treat you like a princess." Is just unironically the most unintelligent thing I've ever heard from a misogynist. Like I'm not even joking, even the most intensely queerphobic person knows that there are men and nonbinary people in the LGBT community. I don't think this dude knows what LGBT means and assumes it's probably just lesbians who he thinks are hot but explicitly say they don't want him.

Haha true. I think it’s just a feeling of sadness knowing that the degree of romantic interest you showed in the other person is not being reciprocated the same way.

True. Like, I just don't think the friend zone is a thing. There's no "friend zone", you're either friends or you're not, me and my significant other are best friends, am I in the friend zone because of that? @@lizstolte2634 no I agree being “friends” with an ulterior motive doesn’t actually make one a friend AT ALL. Completely spot on there fosho.
But again it’s the the frustration that some men go through in not having their feelings reciprocated and make them resentful of being in the “friendzone”. The feelings are very synonymous to rejection. It comes from a difficult space of mind but it is not right to blame the other party for it definitely not.

heres the thing: women want to be treated well, with love, attention and respect. IN A RELATIONSHIP. if you have a female friend or just see a woman you think is attractive, and you don't have an established romantic relationship with her, giving her all this attention and making all these advances is creepy, weird, and unwanted! if you dont know anything about her as a person (what she likes, what she cares about, what causes matter to her, her hobbies, etc), you can not expect her to meet you with any kind of reciprocation when you proclaim your undying love because you DONT love her! How can you, if you don't even know her! you just think shes hot and want her to fill some hole in your life, and then get mad when she won't do it. all these guys who go "she doesnt want someone who will treat her like a queen" make ME go "who the fuck are you talking about?" because as far as I've seen, women love attentive and loving partners! they just hate when men give them too much attention out of nowhere and just seem desperate and insecure.

I think it’s so weird how these are the type of people that’ll hold up the beauty standard that women should be hairless from the eyebrows down, yet expect women to be all over them when they put no effort into looking nice to actually attract women. Another thing is that a lot of them won’t date WOC or bigger women bc it’s a ‘preference’ but get super mad when a women wants to simply be attracted to her partner. You can’t expect women that are your exact standard to be chasing you when you don’t even try to be up to their standard.

That movie review at the end kinda reminded me about this review I saw on Amazon for the book 'Star Wars, Thrawn Ascendency: greater good'. The entire thing was some dude ranting about how 'weak' they made the men and that the women characters 'were to smart and strong without training'. It would've been funny if it wasn't so painful, all the characters have been threw the same military training and Thrawn is still the smartest. Thrawn was never portrayed as weak, yes in some of the chapters that like went back to when he was a cadet he was more shy and almost timid, because he was a teenager, he wasn't a military strategist right after exiting the whom (I'm so sorry I know I spelt that wrong). He also said how no important characters are guys, like did I hallucinate Samakro, Thrass, Ba'kif, Ja'fosk, Thrufian, Zistalmu, Apros, Jixtus, that rancher guy whose name I forgot, and Quilori? And goodness graciously forbid some of the characters be women, none of them where written like Rey, they all had depth and character development, none of them where perfect, Thalias made some stupid decisions, Che'ri was a brat sometimes (Because she's literally 10) Ar'alani despite being of higher rank still listened to Thrawn's plans, even Roscu kinda did the ok thing in the end.
Sorry unnecessarily rant over good bye.

I think the whole 'Alpha/Beta' thing is a result of that insecurity, or that at the least it's like a chicken and egg scenario (a mental construct because it doesn't really exist). What both sides of this dichotomy fail to realise is that it's best to be a well rounded human with well rounded expectations; have no self confidence and self deprecating constantly is a bad vibe, but so is bullish self confidence that defies all reason. Expecting someone to be your one stop shop for all human interaction is terrible but so is treating a partner like they can offer you nothing but their body. People just need to fucking chill mostly lmao. I personally believe that it's two different ways of dealing with the same feelings of insecurity we all have that have something in common: avert all attention and onus for change from the subject. I was thought it was weird when my friends talked to me about the "friend zone"
Friend zone doesn't exist, if you're only in the company of a person and saying you're their friend because of ulterior motives then you're not their friend, and automatically there is no "friend zone", being friends with someone you have feelings for is not a punishment, i think its much worse to lose that friendship just because they don't wanna have sex with you
I have been through an experience where I was friends with a really sweet guy (i am still his friend to this day), and i was romantically interested in him, i was very young at the time so i didn't notice he was also interested in me, when I noticed he had already fallen in love with a girl he's still in love to this day, yes i was sad because I lost my chance, but i was still his friend, because I was not around him and making jokes and talking to him just because I wanted to kiss him, it's because I valued him as a friend, i thought he was funny, and sweet and nice to talk to
I moved on, today I'm in a happy relationship and I'm still friends with him, you need to move on, some people will like you, others will not, sometimes you'll commit mistakes and other times you'll do things very nicely, sometimes you'll lose your chances and other times you'll learn with your mistakes so you don't lose them anymore
That's how life works, NO ONE is obligated to like you back, no one, yes people should respect you and treat you well if you treat them well, but no one is obligated to have sex with you or kiss you
And if you're only after friendships because of romantic interest, then you're not after friendships, you're after "guilt sex" and you're a terrible "friend" (because you're no friend at all)
Resume: friendzoned doesn't exist, move on and be a good person

As someone who used to struggle alot with my own self image, I'm glad I never fell victim to the hyper misogynistic rhetoric, even in my cringey chud days. I ultimately feel bad for these incel types though. They have probably been social outcasts and loosers for the bigger part of their lives, fucking up their mental health, social, romantic and sexual developement. And this sadly results in a lot of resentment for the world, as the world in a lot of ways have treated them unfairly for the longest time. They need therapy and counseling, but instead they seek out enviroments that reaffirms said resentment, because it's the easier thing to do.

'Nice' is like, the most basic human triat ever. Okay, you're nice...what else? What else do you bring to the table other than objects? No, a samurai sword that stays on the wall is not a personality trait, Benjamin.

hii! I once dated a nice guy (yes, out of fear that he would hurt me if I didn't, I didn't want to lol) so I thought I'd share what happened in my experience of actually dating one.
It was his first day at my school, at lunch he asked to sit with me, of course I said yes. Then he repeatedly asked to be my boyfriend at the lunch table, it was awkward and he kept threatening me with things like "I talked to your friends I know where you live" "My dad is in the army and has a gun collection" "I could turn your friends against you" and because of this I said yes. He got excited and then it all began
He would always brag to other people that he was dating me, I would tell him to stop and he would just tell me to shut up.
(for this part you need info, we had a great teacher that had set up a play area almost in the classroom, it would change every now and then to things like a bakery, a house etc etc)
Whenever he felt like it, he would grab my arm and pull me into the play area and either kiss me or rape me
I had later found out he was also the guy who gang raped me when I was 2 years old
Of course I quickly broke up with him, after that whenever we had assembly he would sit next to me and either touch my leg or forcefully kiss me, he still bragged to his friends as if we were together. And once I told him to stop, he said "Okay"
I thought it was over, I then went to break, it was normal. Next day I went to break again, nobody was talking to me, my friends were avoiding me, some people ran away from me, I saw one kid who wasn't scared and asked him. "Some guy told everyone that you bullied him and hit him"
he spread rumours about me and it took multiple years for my friends to trust me again, all because I broke up with him
Decided to write some things you can do in this situation
PLAN A: If you reject a nice guy there is a slim chance they'll do anything they threaten to do. However if you date one, there is a chance that they'll ruin that year for you, either by doing what this guy did or just being a bad person. If you then reject them, that chance that they'll do anything would go up, and it's likely it'd be worse than if you just rejected them
PLAB B: If you're already in a relationship with one of these people, try get help from teachers, friends, parents, siblings ANYONE, and if they've done something illegal to you, try again to get help but tell them what they did, nobody believes you? Try gain a relationship with everyone you even slightly like, prepare for when you break up with them.
PLAN C: Again, if they did something illegal, are there police stations near you? Are there police that go around the neighbourhood? If so try get their help, if this fails then try plan B
(I'm sorry if this is bad advice, but it's advice that would've helped me in my situation)
    stay safe out there!

I am a grey-ace which I had that in my profile and after awhile I matched with some guy which talking was cool at first until. He claimed he will fix me if we date of how I will be drugged by him and he will fix me;; it was just terrifying and I just left from the place after I reported them still creeps me out a lot;;
