I share this as a warning that if you or someone you know struggle with over-reliance on porn, please be aware that it's incredibly important to use the right therapeutic models for treatment, and any such model absolutely must be rooted in sexual wellness and must be non-stigmatizing and non-shaming.

If your thick you can just trim down your stomach with cardio work outs and you will be left with large breasts. If your skinny it requires surgery which is kind of expensive. You need an entirely different diet too that has more protein in it and less sugars.
Breasts are primarily fatty tissue. If someone loses weight through exercise their breasts will be smaller because of that weight loss. Spot reduction is a total myth.
It can depend on the person too, people lose weight in different ways and hold onto fat in certain places for longer than others. My roommate tried working out to reduce her boobs, instead the rest of her upper body got smaller around them 😂.

My mum had a breast reduction because her boobs kept growing and growing. The doctors told her that her breasts were almost entirely breast tissue, they had hardly any fat in them, despite the fact my mum was overweight at the time. It was causing breathing issues and back pain. She used to be able to stand behind someone and wrap both breasts all the way around their face (she only did this to my dad).

You're right that transmasculine people often focus on upper body work outs, but it's more to make their shoulders and torso bigger and more masculine-looking, and it's definitely not reserved for pre-top surgery people. Which body parts you exercise has no effect on where you lose weight. It's just your body turning stored fat into energy, it has no reason to take the fat out of your arm because that's where the energy was used.

It’s not specifically about chest exercises, just that exercise will eventually shrink the chest as you lose weight.
@@smolson8471 True I think chest exercises are okay if your just trying to get your breasts to be less saggy, but it actually is harder to work out if your trying to gain weight.
If your thick you can just trim down your stomach with cardio work outs and you will be left with large breasts.
If your skinny it requires surgery which is kind of expensive. You need an entirely different diet too that has more protein in it and less sugars.
Breasts are primarily fatty tissue. If someone loses weight through exercise their breasts will be smaller because of that weight loss. Spot reduction is a total myth.

It can depend on the person too, people lose weight in different ways and hold onto fat in certain places for longer than others.
