Great content - Just a comment for the videographer. The focus jumps detracts from otherwise solid quality and makes it look a little to amateur'ish. The settings for the auto focus needs to be tweaked to have less subject sensitivity and less focus transition speed. The way the focus looks you are probably not using a Sony or Canon camera but a Fuji or something similar. Also, figure out where you have a "focus-hold" button so the focus doesn't jump to the background when people go in and out of frame or goes in front of the camera.
