    నమస్తే సార్ మీరు బాగా చెప్పారు ఇంట్లో ఉన్న వాళ్లకైతే అయితే మేము 24 గంటలు ఎండలో వర్క్ చేస్తూ ఉంటాము బయట బిల్డింగ్స్ అనే గాని కోతలే గాని నాటిక గాని ఎండలో చాలా చాలా వర్క్ చేస్తుంటారు మేము కూడా ఒళ్ళు పెరుగుతుంది సార్ మేమైతే ఎండ చాలా పని చేసినప్పటికీ బాడీ అనేది తగ్గడం లేదు ఆకలి కాదు ఆకలికి ఆగుదాం అంటే నైట్ అంతా పగలంతా కష్టపడుతున్నాం కాబట్టి కాబట్టి మేము ఉండలేక తినకుండా ఉండలేక పోతున్నాను దయచేసి దీనికి ఏదైనా పరిష్కారం దొరుకుతుందా ఆకలి అవ్వకుండా ఉండాలంటే ఏం చేయాలి దయచేసి దీని గురించి చెప్పండి సార్ ఎంత ఎండలో వర్క్ చేసినప్పటికీ గిత్త కూడా తగ్గడం లేదు దీనికి కారణం ఏంటిది దయచేసి చెప్పండి సార్

      ఆకలి వెయ్యకుండా ఆపడం పరిష్కారం కాదు. రైస్, రైస్ తో చేసిన tuffins రాత్రి పుట మానేసి, ఆ తరువాత మీ కిష్టమైన ఫుడ్ సాయంత్రం ఆరు గంటల లోపు తినేయాలి.
      అంతే మళ్ళీ మర్నాడే నోరు మీడిపేది.
