    Whatever you told in this video is right. But my advice is that instead of skip the breakfast 🤔 we should skip the dinner. Thats the better idea for normal person.

    Fasting means 0 calories intake. Milk products are also not acceptable.
    Eat in 8hrs of span (2 times preferably) do 16hrs of fasting.

    సార్ నమస్కారం నీను గత ఐదు సంవత్సరాల నుండి ఈ పాస్డింగ్ చేస్తున్నాను. నీను ప్రతి రోజు టిఫిన్ లేకుండా ఉదయం పది గంటల వరకు ఏమీ తినకుండా చివరికి టీ కాఫీ కూడా తాగ కుండా కేవలం బోజనం మాత్రమే చేసి తిరిగి మరల‌ సాయంత్రం ఐదు ఆరు గంటలకు బోజనం చేసి మర రెండో రోజు ఉదయం వరకు ఎలాంటి ఆహారం తీసుకోకుండా ఈ పాస్టింగ్ చేస్తున్న.
    మెదటిలో ఉదయం కొద్ది ఆకలి అయ్యేది, సాయంత్రం కూడా నాలుగు మూడు గంటలకే ఆకలి అనిపించింది, రాత్రి కూడా కొన్ని సందర్భాలలో ఆకలి అనిపించింది, కాని అది అలవాటుగా మార్చుకోవడం వల్ల ఆకలి తగ్గి పోయింది. ఇప్పుడు ఆకలి అనేది లేదు గ్యాస్‌ సమస్య లేదు ప్రశాంతంగా ఉన్మది. ఎవరికైతే గ్యాస్ సమస్య ఉన్నవారు ఈ పాస్టింగ్ చేస్తే వారి గ్యాస్ సమస్య వెంటనే తగ్గిపోతుంది.

    Hi Doctor, Last week from Wednesday 1 PM to Saturday 1 PM, I have done 72 hours of fasting perfectly without any deviations. I was only on water and I ve put down 3 kgs. Now my I feel refreshed a lot.

    ఇంత పెద్ద వీడియో అక్కర్లేదని నా అభిప్రాయం. ఎర్లీ డిన్నర్ ఆరు నుంచి ఏడు లోపల ముగించాలి. లేట్ బ్రేక్ ఫాస్ట్ 11 నుంచి 12 లోపల ముగించాలి. దీనిని ఇంటర్మీడియట్ ఫాస్టింగ్ అంటారు.

    I have done Intermittent Fasting for one month. Mixed results experienced. My Grade -1 Fatty Liver has become Normal, Cholesterol levels (LDL) have become Normal. Kidney cyst size was reduced. After completion of Intermittent Fasting I suffered with weight loss and severe weakness.

    I gave for blood tests after fasting for 20 hrs and the sugar levels came to 70. Once I did fasting for 24 hrs (with some viral fever) n went to super market n became unconcious for 1-2 mins.

      Very good question diabetes type 2 is insulin resistance disorder, most of the medicines stimulating insulin production is wrong treatment. Treatment for insulin resistance in early stage type2 DM will prevent progression of DM complications.

    Fats and complex carbohydrates are energy dense. Our culture on ekadashi fasting is carried out and it promotes aurophagocytosis due to the effect of moon in that phase. Intermittent fasting works well. 12-16 hrs fasting works fine. Except for people with medical complications. But to start intermittent fasting, u should train ur body and it takes time depending on ur condition.

    Intermediate fasting is nothing new concept. May be until 40-50 years ago, in villages this was naturally imbedded in their lifestyle. Early morning, 0:30 0:30 vunte ganji thagi vellavaru, which is full of probiotics, mitta madhynam lope saddi thinevaru. May be around late afternoon they used to eat some kind of fruits that were available around them. Intiki vachi natural light poye lope thinesavaru. That’s it malli 12 hrs varaku emi theesukunevaru kadhu.
